Welcome to Myzda, a planet of awe and curiosity.

From all around this planet, the natives flock to one area annually. This area is known as Flezdish. The reason behind this great gather beyond anything any other planet has seen, is due to the sports Flezdish holds during one point in time every year.

With every person that arrives come three beasts, all varying as much as the people themselves. There are dragons, wargs, unicorns, and beasts that words simply can't explain and all of them are well toned and ready to hit the tracks.

With the owners of these beasts there are ropes and clips, hundred of leather straps, small metal pieces and odd tools that twist and turn. There are no trucks or wagons, no flashing lights or boxes pressed to their ears. All they have is their clothing, which is simply leather and possibly small pieces of metal, and their determination to win. From just looking at one of the natives one could see that this planet has made few technological advances.

The few advances they have made, were put toward their beloved races. The place from with the races are held is much like a bowl, with seats surrounding the large, empty space that can be seen flooded from time to time. On one end of this bowl, laying above the water line, there is a large board with small names. Under the names, numbers tend to appear as if by magic. The people refer to it as the "Number Tree" where it can be found who's winning the number of races set out for them.

Other technologies include the rings sometimes used in the obstacle parts of races. These rings float in the air and deep in the waters with small devices that have the ability to register which beast zipped through first.

Before each race there is a voice that calls, telling which contestants are to meet at the starting lines and where they should head to prep their mighty beasts.

The Competitions
Races

The races consist of grounded, flying and water races. These usually don't have many tricks or twists. They're just straight forward laps. The most trickery you might see would be in the flying races where you might need to fly through a tunnel with large worms or bats that might burst out of the tunnel walls or from the ceiling.

Obstacle Courses

The obstacle courses sometimes have trickery, though it's only mild. With flying or water courses, there are rings set up that have floating hoops, as mentioned earlier, that will register who past through them first. The more rings you pass through, the better. There might be jumps on grounded courses or walls in the water course and perhaps a random creature sent to stand and attack during a flying course.

Hunting

The hunts are the "courses" with the most trickery. These take places inside the "coliseum" and just like in Roman times, the floors harbor beasts, ready to pounce out and attack the first thing it lays eyes on. This tasks is just as the title portrays, a hunt to see if you and your beast can kill what you've been sent after. It will also test your ability to work with others for during these courses, you will be paired with someone else at random.

Rules

1. This is a Semi-Lit RP. At least 5 sentences per post. With WB, I still want 5. It shouldn't be to difficult.
2. Clowesia is the co-owner of this RP, what she and I both say goes, no questions asked.
3. Tess's rules!
4. I expected a variety of characters and I'll only allow 2 or 3 dull, un-talkative characters.
5. All mounts must be ridable! No small palm sized beasts.
6. No killing off other characters! That would get your own character disqualified.
7. You must finish all races or hunts on your mount! Another way your character would be disqualified would be if they fell off. It's okay if they hang by the reins and dangle, then gain balance again, but falling, hitting the ground, then getting back up.. No.
8. You're allowed three beasts; one water, one grounded, and one flying. They can't be creatures you'd find nowadays, I want something mythical!
9. No starting the race before either Clowesia or I makes a post with the announcer saying what kind of race will take place.
10. Clowesia, as stated before, is co-owner, she has the right to accept, decline and remove people from this RP.

Gender: Female.
Personality:
Born into an all female tribe, Soun's roots are filled with the fighting spirits of her great Amazonian ancestors. She can easily take a hit, be it from a beast of a man; she will not even flinch. Her hard attitude towards physical violence or activities is in sharp contrast to her gentle, mothering side. Though trained from an early age to be a vicious warrior, Soun has always maintained a more docile and pleasing side. This has brought much harsh criticism from her tribal sisters, saying that she should be a birthing woman instead of a warrior, but Soun's spirit has prevailed. Because of the matriarchal society Soun has been birthed into, she has had no interaction with males, only having ever seen them in brief passing. Because of this she has no idea how to act around them, and she plans to avoid them like hot magma during the races. This means she would be oblivious to any romantic advances from males. She is heavily intrigued and curious to see the other females that have entered the race, her want to get closer to them and learn of their society and traditions will be a driving factor for her when off the race track.

Jiji is a rather stoic, unwavering creature, even as a prey animal he has little to fear due to his overwhelming size and sheer power. Due to his extensive training, he fears nothing and would blindly leap off a cliff if Soun directed him too.

Brief Personality:
Incredibly aggressive, Havana is a handful even for Soun at times. When worked up, he refuses to listen to Soun's command and will go out of his way to attack other racers, trying to eat their mounts if he can. He has to be forcefully muzzled when not racing so he does not eat any stables helpers.

Brief Personality:
Nan-Tuk remains docile most of the time, remaining in a semi-hibernation for most of the day to conserve energy. When roused, Nan-Tuk is a sleek and quick predator. Nan-Tuk's two heads allow him/them to see what is around them while still being able to focus on a goal or prey item. Nan-Tuk has a keen affection for Soun.

Gender: Male.
Personality: Reede is cocky, arrogant and (if you know me, you'd be able to guess this last one) egotistical. He loves to flaunt about his beasts, showing off their large muscles or elegance, even the pattern of the scales or fur. Reede will easily get into any race or competition and the quick way to notice this would be that the moment Reede gets into the mood, his forehead sweats somethin' awful.
While Reede can seem a bit rude, which he is, he's always a bit of a joker and he's always ready to meet new people. He inserts himself into conversations and sticks to them wether the people around him like it or not.

Species: Fire Horse
Gender: Male
Beast Type: Grounded.
Brief Personality: Troj is much like Reede. He's arrogant and loves to prance around with his face thrown up toward the sun, his horns nearly stabbing into his own back. Troj has been known to start fights with other grounded beasts and he usually doesn't do well in hunts, though in races he performs beautifully.

Brief Personality: Volk is a relatively calm, focused spirit, never really caring about much and always on neutral grounds. He isn't exactly fond of Reede, but he doesn't hate him either, so they have more of a neutral relationship. Volk competes in races and allows Reede to ride him only because he craves the adrenaline rush and Reede has sometimes been known to comment on the fact that he's sure Volk has an addiction.

Brief Personality: Mauk, being one of the largest water dwelling creatures Reede has ever seen, has a rather feisty personality. Much like Troj, only worse, Mauk refuses to listen to anything anyone has to say and does his own thing. The only times she listens to Reede is when food or racing is mentioned, any other time and you'd better wish luck to Reede.
Other: Mauk can get on land, though she doesn't like it much. She has been seen doing this though just to nip at Troj or other creatures.

Age: 23 Years.
Gender: Male.
Personality: Crest can be perceived as a young and mature male, who's intent on winning does not get the best of him very often. Though not the wisest of beings, Crest prefers to take the safe route and take as little risks as possible while racing. he values his beasts highly, and hold them close, not willing to part with any of them. Crest doesn't enjoy outstanding personalities, and prefers to hang around a more mellow category of people. He's regal, and has very deep thoughts, he looks down at the world with disappointment upon fumbles and screw ups.

Beast Type: Flight Transport.
Brief Personality: Strong willed and an older creature, Keltrie's had his fair share of years in racing and has a, somewhat, mind of his own. Event for Crest, who's been with Ketrie for so long, will pull away and do what he feels needed when he senses unease from his master. This griffin is the dominant of Crest's three beasts.

Brief Personality: Crest decided Ferine's name because of the wild and ambitious nature she takes on at first sight. Being the youngest of Crest's creatures, she's a feisty and devious Kirin that hasn't exactly mellowed down yet. Beware her dark playful personality, because Ferine truly does have a wild streak going through her.
