For both, the first and third are extremely unfair to you. You should take those out of your consideration to start with (unless I've missed some high list somewhere lol).

in terms of demand, what would this be?
as i know the red toxic's demand isn't the greatest. while the
balloon dog actually does have some demand of it's own. i'm
kinda stumped here as i'm unsure what would be in my better

Hi me again, I switched it around to some lions that I personally value as an 09 each and added another advent, but they dont want to trade to advents. Should i try to add some more 09s to their side (or wait for a better trade) or is this the best im really going to get from him?

Rarity wise, they'd need to add around 5-6 '09 rares. Your dog is a tier 5 advent list, and their dog is a Zodiac worth 1-2 '09 rares.

This depends on where you value the zonkey. At most, it's 2 nons, I believe, which is still less than the trade below. It would be 2 nons + 2 advents at the very most.

This is your best trade for just the orange. You have two nons, two septembers, and a low main list.

This is what I came up with, to give you another little bit to start with. Definitely get second opinions on everything just in case.
