People who know that a trade is unfair to the other and do not inform them of the case, to make sure they are okay with it.

someone mentioned they were trading away their items because they didn't use them, so I sent a suggestion asking for a lot of the "free" items, asking what they wanted. and what do they add?

When someone sends you a trade with one of your dream pets on their side and you think they're gifting it to you and you get a miniature heart attack and then you realise it's a trade suggestion. D: You could have added some pets to my side at least, how do I know what you want? >_>
