So I'm really panicking, my ex, who tore me apart mentally, is calling me over and over.
I threw my phone so I could calm down but why is he calling me ???
He destroyed me !! What could he possibly want from me now ???

Woo just can’t breathe. I’m trying not to have another panic attack. I’m just feeling really anxious, and I’m not sure why but there isn’t always a reason. Just, todays been stressful. Though I got my insurance working again and got my medication, now I have a doctor appointment on Friday and I’m really nervous about it. I’m so tired of appointments all the time.
I’m okay without a pm, I just needed to talk to someone. Even if its just on a public forum.

When your crush and really good friend breaks up with his girlfriend, gets another one the next week, then starts flirting (or just being friendly honestly idkkk) with his ex again.. hehhhah..
the first crush I have in 3 years and it’s someone who gets a lot of attention from other girls rip

it's okay to feel sad! i think hiding away from emotions can just heighten them, but there are always ways to prevent it. for every little thing you do, accomplishment is needed to help keep you motivated. made a cup of tea? that's great! do things you love; where your favourite top out and take pictures of nature. stay hydrated and keep healthy. jogging is apparently meant to help?? haven't tried it (i'm too lazy) but if you're into exercises that's worth a shot! good luck <3

spent all night crying about my best friend who recently passed away, and one of my male friends that i've known for a few years noticed i was upset and called to check on me, noticed i was sobbing and asked if i wanted to talk about it. i started talking about some really heavy stuff and expressing my views on things and he started crying, like full on bawling on the phone, and i just felt.. awful. my intentions weren't to make him upset too. he ended up falling asleep on the phone while i talked and i feel awful. i don't like people seeing that side of me, i'm generally very closed off when it comes to emotions irl so it's unusual for me to cry on the phone.
