Zodiacs can fetch an 09 rare alone, so I'd say this is a good offer, it's a little over with the extra pets.

I can't tell you what their side is worth demand wise as I don't know how you value specific pets on their side. Demand is userbased, so without you labeling where you value pets we can't tell you what it is worth demand wise.
Rarity wise their side is worth approximately 8.3 Nons which is more than 5.5 nons.

The 2009/08 dog is a bit of overpay alone.
Demand is up for you to consider where you would like the zodiac dog to be worth.
Personally, I value them at an '09 Rare. Others may value it as more/less.
