Anne picked up her phone and dialed a number into it. She was having a huge party in an hour, all her friends and family would be there, along with some business men. It was very fancy and Anne still needed a musician for it. A friend had told him about a boy named Darius, and given him his number, so Anne phoned him.

Darius heard the sounds of Sneyder's Blues in Six coming from his pocket, and drew out his cell phone. It wasn't any of his friends prank calling him, so he held up a finger to the girl Alex. "One second, sorry." He answered the phone and said, "Hello, this is Darius Van Halen."

"Hello, I'm having a rather big party in an hour, at my mansion, I need a musician," said Anne. As she spoke she was gazing out of her windows, at the city spread below her.

"Okay, cool," said Darius, trying very hard not to freak out. This could be his big break! He took out a pen and a pad of paper from his saxophone case and asked through the phone, "Um, I'm gonna need a name and an address, please. And... what kind of music should I play? Blues, or jazz, or...?"

"Anne swan, I'll have someone come and pick you up,at the Florence hotel" said Anne. She was about to hang up but she said
"And don't mess up, or your dead,". She snapped the phone shut and turned back to the window

"Sh*t," said Darius, closing his phone slowly. He turned to the other people that were standing around and asked, "Have any of you guys heard of a chick named Anne Swan? She wants me to play at a party of hers in an hour."

Anne sat down and her puppy ran up and jumped on her knee.
"We had better go home and get ready," said Anne and she made her way down stairs
