Where can you find wild Tirtouga, Archen, Sigilyph, Archeopts, Swanna, Emogla, Mienshao, Braviary, Ruffelt, Keldeo, and Drilbur.XD

Tirtouga and Archen: only recieve 1 fossil of choice at Relic Castle
Sigilyph: Desert Resort
Archeopts: Evolve Archen
Swanna: found on the Marvleous Bridge
Emolga: Shaking Grass on many routes
Mienshao: Route 14
Braviary: Only in White on Routes 10 and 11, and on Victory road
Rufflett: Same as above
keldeo: Event Exclusive
Drilbur: Most caves and Twist Mt.

May be more locations as I am only using my in-game experiances

Lol! I'm attempting to get a shiny Eevee... Any tips? I have gotten 8(?) eggs, four hatched. No such luck yet.

I could trade you a shiney eevee if you have Wi-Fi trading on your game for some pokemon...

Masuda Method. Go on the GTS and find an Eevee from anywhere but the country you bought the game from. [So, if you're in Canada and you bought the game in Canada, get an Eevee from the US, Japan, etc.] Then, take and breed the Foreign eevee with the one you have. The chances of hatching a shiny will quadruple.
Note that hatching a shiny, even with the Masuda Method, can take hundreds of eggs.
