"Nice." he nodded, inspecting the building. It wasn't as fancy as Asgard's palace, but Midgardians were simple people, who led fairly simple lives. Well, most did.

He has a mortal now? the trickster god paced. His brother had everything! Sure, after he had left, Loki had claimed the kingdom for himself, but knew it was temporary. And she was more beautiful than a goddess. And smart too. His oaf of a brother didn't deserve that! "Valkyrie, take care of the throne." he hissed to the female Asgardian, before stepping through the portal (don't judge) that had been made earlier. Soon, he was on Midgard, and a knowing smile graced his face.

"Thanks for stopping by. If you take the subway it'll be quicker to get back to the tower. Here's my card. I'll get a new one later." She handed him a metro car card and unlocked her apartment to let Hans in. She walked in without another work and shut the door. She kicked off her tennis shoes and went over to the couch to drink her coffee and watch a movie with Hans.

He smiled and slipped the card into her mailbox. No need. He would just walk home, it gave him time to think about things anyway.

Loki spotted his brother walking away, finally. The God had been dawdling impatiently behind a bush for the past few minutes. As soon as he was out of sight, he got up and dusted himself off. Now, form change was necessary. Everyone knew who he was after the failed attempt to rule Midgard. He changed into someone that looked like him (Tom Hiddleston) but not quite. After a moment of checking his appearance, he knocked on the door.

Hans barked and ran over to the door. Dawn got up and look through the peephole before opening the door. "Hey. Can I help you?" Hans was trying to find out was at the door and went on barking. "Hush Han." She had him sit down but his tail still wagged in excitement. He tried to peek around the corner. Dawn waited for a response

"Yes, please. Have you supposedly seen a cat come this way? She has black fur, and green eyes." he lied through his teeth. "I think she may be in your backyard."

"No, but feel free to check. " She opened the door for him to come in and Hans quickly began to growl. Dawn looked at him in surprise as he usually didn't growl at anyone. She just sent him to his dog bed in the living room. "Follow me" She lead him to the backyard

Loki followed her with a smirk, sending a glare towards the dog. What a foul creature.

"Feel free to have a look around. I'm going to get a cup of tea"
She walked inside and grabbed a cup of tea and helped calm Hans down. She was worried about him. Maybe his was sick?

Loki stepped into the yard and made an illusion of the cat that matched his description, making it run inside.

Hans sat straight up. Dawn put down her tea and picked up the cat, stroking it. "Easy kitty" She pet it as she waited for Loki. Hans growled again seeing Loki. "Hans hush pup. Here she is." She put down the cat on her couch. and Hans bolted over between Loki and Dawn. She rolled her eyes and scratched his ear, thinking he was jealous
