If you go to the first page and right click the image the option Save Picture As... will show up, click it, save it and then open it in paint. Ready to colour.
Is there any particular reason you want to colour it in in paint and not in the oekaki? The lines aren't really adapted to paint, so I suspect it will be quite hard to colour neatly. I haven't tried it myself though, so I might be wrong^^'.
