Tirtouga and Archen: only recieve 1 fossil of choice at Relic Castle
Sigilyph: Desert Resort
Archeopts: Evolve Archen
Swanna: found on the Marvleous Bridge
Emolga: Shaking Grass on many routes
Mienshao: Route 14
Braviary: Only in White on Routes 10 and 11, and on Victory road
Rufflett: Same as above
keldeo: Event Exclusive
Drilbur: Most caves and Twist Mt.

May be more locations as I am only using my in-game experiances

Yes, it does matter

If they like each other, it's about 70% chance of an egg

If they don't it's about 20%

If they rather play with other pokemon, there's no chance of breeding
