weather: it is green-leaf! it's very hot, and drought is a possibility as the season progresses. prey and herbs are flourishing, kittings will pass smoothly, greencough and whitecough are extremely uncommon. cats will be more abundant and willing to join the tribe. be wary, though - predators are also plentiful! overheating is also a possibility.

Tribe Of Shimmering Dawn

Sunset licked her three newborn kits lovingly. She couldn't wait for them to become strong Haze-hunters and Gale-guardians. But something was troubling her. While the two toms wriggled, the delicate she-kit lay down in silence. Dawnchaser, sensing her anxiety, edged closer. She examined the kit before nudging them with her tail. She then shook her head with deep sorrow. "She didn't make it." she whispered sadly. "She must still be here! Please!" Sunset choked through her tears, numbing her lively heart. "Why my kits?" she spluttered. "This hasn't happened to anyone else." she muttered under her breath. "A few cats here have passed away,. leaving behind family. Dawnteller was my mentor and she was... here before mouse-brain rouges came." her eyes filled with sadness. Sunset frowned, not quite sure what to say. Dawnchaser merely gave her a small shrug, before returning to her three kits stirring as the sun began to reach its peak. The patrols were out, so the camp was in silence, or mourning.

Weather Report.
It's Autumn! The birds are flying away in hopes of finding warmer places to nest, and the prey is beginning to become scarce. Leaves are turning orange and are falling to the forest floor as cold winds soar through the air. Predators are coming out more often as the night grows longer. Kittings will be less likely to be successful.
