the color of Palin's fur is an iridescent black much like a crow. the bone plating is a milky white- basically the color of bones^^ and on the tail are spines that are a dark maroon color that match the color of the upper/ insect-like arms. Palin's wing color and pattern is based off the color and pattern of the polyphemus moth
edit: the second ref has an image of Palin's juvenile appearance, I have that one up since it show's more of what the tail is and how the limbs connect. I really would like to see the adult version of him as shown in ref 1&3. If you have any question's about the design just PM me and I'll answer them^^
