During this celebration all pack members participate in hunting, playing, and sparring no matter the rank. This means Omegas are free to join in with out having to worry about being punished. All ranks;excluding alpha ranks; are treated the same.

Brownie pranced through the clearing while Musk looked at her, bemused. She was happy, of course, because they had finally found a nice territory that they could build their pack in. But, of course, they needed to hunt or else they and their future pups would starve. And that would be terrible, of course.

Titan looked over at Blaise signaling to her that something was amiss the scent was close too close. "I smell a lone lets get rid of it now" the ivory brute growled implying the over wolf wouldn't be getting away unscathed, He would not allow another soul to touch what was his or test his borders. Blaise nodded in reply before taking a good whiff of the wolfs scent "This smells slightly similar to someone know I think it might be the scent of my siblings my younger siblings" her ears fell low, if her siblings were out here alone what in the world happened to her mother. She wasn't sure about who scent was whose so she wasn't entirely saddened. "If it is one of you siblings we should hunt they will probably be hungry" Titan replied looking back at his mate starting to follow the lones scent.

"Well of course," said Brownie absently, still a bit tired from their hunt. "No one really knows that it's our territory now, and we need to make sure they know it."

"Should we just continue marking?"

"Nah. Let's talk to them. See if they're interested in joining. After all, when winter comes, we'll be glad to have an extra set of fangs and snouts to help hunt and patrol."

Musk flicked his ears in acknowledgement. "I suppose that makes sense," he said. "Let's go?"

"Lets." Brownie and Musk bounded into the woods, following the scent.

As they chased down the lone wolf (no easy feat, given that several days passed as they searched), Brownie and Musk stored more food near their winter den. And then one day, the loner appeared. Brownie was lying near the den they had chosen for her and her future pups, when an unfamiliar scent drifted towards her nose. Her ears pricked up and she stood quickly, coming face to face with a male wolf who looked much younger than her. Not only that, but his ribs could clearly be seen and his ears and tail were showing his submission. Even a small whine was coming from him. Brownie sighed. How could she chase such a pitiful sight away?

"Who are you?" she asked.

"D-D-Deer," stammered the loner, seemingly more from cold than from fright. "I w-was just loo-ooking for some shelter and food. Do you have shelter and food?" His ears pricked up in hope.

Brownie huffed. "We have food and shelter alright," she said, "but you'll have to work for it."

"Work? I can work?"

"Who's that?" asked Musk, coming from behind the den. Brownie's tail began to wag slightly at the sight of her mate while the loner cowered at the sight of the alpha male.

"Just a loner," replied Brownie. "I was thinking that we could take him in. Let him be a part of the pack."

"And why's that?" he asked.

"Well, when our pups will be born, I'd rather we have an extra hunter."

Musk's ears flicked in acknowledgement. "Fine. You can stay," he said to the loner, who noticeably relaxed. "What's your name?"

"M-My name's Deer," replied the loner.

"Welcome to our pack, Deer."
