"I was not going to try to. I do not have enough power to do that." Yet, of course. She would keep testing it until she actually did have that much power. Somewhere, at the back of Hecate's mind, she should have realized this wasn't all too smart, but it just felt too good. It was starting to scare her how much she wanted to try it, though. "Maybe I should stop for tonight..."

"Good point," Serdolan mused, thinking about it. "If it's someone who would make us lose morale, it would probably be Kenyon, Rubis, Shade, Chase... Even Saranu. If they can kill him, then everyone will think that the cops can get anyone that they want." Saranu was stupid, but he was strong. He could survive most things, but if he couldn't survive this, then no one could.

"Yay! Now I know SOMEONE thinks I'm actually SANE." Bailey said loudly, glancing over her shoulder at Cooper, who narrowed his eyes at her with a look of disgust only a sibling could give another sibling before turning away with his arms crossed over his chest. Bailey turned back to the boy with an amused grin on her face. "Oh, ain't it nice to have a twin." She said sarcastically, pushing her glass away as she drank the last sip of Coke. "I'm Bailey, by the way." She said, shoving her hand out to him to shake.

"Most likely you should." There was such a thing as getting drunk on power, and Thorn knew all about it. It was an all-too common thing for wizards and witches. Usually didn't end well either. "BEsides, we don'twant you testing on someone who might get angry like Kenyon did. Where would we be then?" Especially if said person was more nagry than Kenyon, though they'd have to be some form of alpha.

"Oh God. If they DID manage to kill Saranu, then they COULD kill whoever they wanted." Zarek shuddered, he didn't know anyone at the school that strong, and he didn't care to. "Even Jacklyn and URick, since they're in charge of the rebellion. So we should warn those guys to be on their guard. And if this traitor tries to go after the student's Saranu's gaurding..." It wouldn't be too hard for them to set something up that could damage that room, probably hurt a good few people. "Well, there's just about a million things this guy could do."

Edward shook her hand, amused by her arguing with Cooper. "Aren't twins supposed to be all mind-linked or something? You know, getting along all the time and all that Fred and George stuff?" Okay, he didn't like Harry Potter, but even he loved the twins.
(Heheh.I lvoe those books.=3 Who else does?*raises hand*)

"Good point," Hecate said, deciding to just give it a rest tonight. She already proved that she could control emotions and actions, up to a point. Next time, she would have to try to control thoughts, to see how far she could get on that. Too bad it meant she would have to stop using her power tonight... "Thank you, Thorn, for helping me," she said sincerely, smiling at him.

"If Jacklyn and Urick died, so many people would lose their morale, it's not even funny." Serdolan winced when he heard the bit about people attacking who Saranu guarded. "He would go on an insane rampage, and he would probably be drawn to them, right into a trap. That would definitely not be a good thing." Any way that this was measured up didn't make it good at all. "Who should we be warning, then, who are trustworthy?"

Bailey shrugged, letting go of the boy's hand. "We can talk through thoughts, if thats what you mean. I don't think all twins can do that though." She mused, tracing a crack in the bar counter with her finger. "But the getting along part... not so much." She laughed, then glanced at him out of the corner of her eye. "You know, when someone tells you their name, your sopposed to tell them yours. Thats just how it usually works." She smirked, brushing her jet-black hair off her shoulder.

"I'm Edward. If you hadn't guessed when I said earlier that being a vampire named Edward sucks." He smiled slyly. "Or did you miss that? Anyway, what's up with that? I don't see how you two can not get along if yu read each other's minds and all that."

"Like how?I stood here and made vague sugegstions." Thorn replied boredly. "I cannot believe that you haven't done this kind of thing before. Haven't you had to survive at this school for awhile? How did you manage that without using your power?"

"Not a pretty sight." Zarek winced, Saranu on a rampage would suck for all fo them. "Well, all those people we just named that we know would lower moral we can trust, basically because they're either really nice and brave, or too storng to have to sneak around. Or both." He shrugged, glancing around. "Velius too, the little bastard. He knows all this anyway, though it is tempting to let him die. Then there's all the teachers, they have to know. And those new students, the ones who came here after the traitor did all that, they wouldn't have been able to do it."

BIC: "And those vague suggestions helped me," Hecate told him. Her eyebrows raised, and she tilted her head to the side slightly. "I have only been here one week or so. I never used my power before because there was never any need to. I did not like to use it, but now... I am questioning why I did not." There was a glint in her eyes that hadn't been there before. Maybe she was enjoying her powers a little bit too much.

"Let's not warn Velius," Serdolan said, wincing. "The others might not listen to us, though. I mean, I'm a Fallen Angel, and you're in the demon gang. Why would they ever believe us? Especially since Urick already thinks that I'm the traitor. At least, I'm the highest up on his list of suspects." And it really sucked. Serdolan wasn't that evil. In fact, he wasn't actually all that evil at all.

Bailey blinked, a blank look crossing her face. "Um, yeah. I guess I missed that. Or forgot already. Happens a lot." The blank look was replaced by a sheepish smile, and she shrugged again. "Its just like talking, but through your thoughts. And we can choose which thoughts each other hears. But we're siblings, so yeah, there's gotta be some bickering going on. We get along pretty well mot of the time, though."

"You're a shaman, well, aren't you?" Thorn gave her a mildly annoyed look. "So why aren't you using those powers? I thought you were all 'use this body and this power given to me by nature' and all that." THough there were some other student's who did that. He glanced pointedly across the room to where the shirtless paladin with his oddly low-cut jean shorts was complimenting Leo's singing.

"Actually...I am too." Zarek remembered, thinking of the expressions on his interrogator's faces. "Hey...come with me! I can get someone to do the talking for us." He motioned for the Fallen Angel to follow, hurrying to find Lia and ask her for a favor.

"But he's more...held back than you are?" Edward guessed, watching him and noting that while his sister flirted, Cooper wasn't off talking to some random girls he saw. "You two new to Hector or something? You picked a really bad time tojoin the school, let me just tell you."

BIC: "I just never had the chance, really," Hecate said, eyebrows furrowed. "I mean, I sometimes did, of course. Just for small things. But with bigger things? I never really tried that." She glanced in the direction that he did, seeing Urick, and then she glanced down at her own outfit. "Well, our beliefs are just different than yours.

Sighing, Serdolan followed Zarek, grumbling all the while. "Who the hell would those guys listen to that knows us?"

Glancing up when she saw Zarek hurrying to her, Lia smiled at him, showing her teeth. "Hey, Zarek. If you're bringing a Fallen Angel over, then I have a feeling that you're here to ask something of me." It was only obvious.
