In the world of Rhodernia, there are 12 major towns, although, some are more mysterious than others. Each town is different, and are inhabited by different people. Some are peaceful, and others are dangerous. In this world, you will travel to each of these towns with the other 9 members in your guild, "The Knights of Rhodernia".
Albava
"The Oasis City"
Albava is a city that lies just outside of the Albavan desert. The weather is harsh, of course. Even though it is an oasis, the heat is still strong and almost unbearable for any traveler who is not used to the heat and parched land.
Amias
"The City of Snowfall"
Amias is an island far up north where it snows all year round. The blizzards are intense, and the weather is extremely frigid. Only the natives of this city can seem to stand the climate and not be frozen to death.
Cecantus
"The City of Rhodis"
Cecantus is the most religious city in all of Rhodernia it is ruled by the high preist insted of a Lord. The citizens devote their lives to praying to the god Rhodis who they believe created all of Rhodernia. Sometimes, their ways of devotion and prayer can scare off travelers or never let them leave the city in this life.
Dalator
"The City of Guilds"
Dalator is the city in which guilds are formed, gather, and rest for guilds and gypsys after their travels. It is very dangerous and it can be called Ursum's sister or Orsal's shadow by the citizens, because the guilds and citizens are so competitive and rough with each other.
Espova
"The Royal City"
Espova is the capital of Rhodernia, and is the richest city. It is bursting with high class inhabitants, and is the home to the royal family, as well as the Royal Guard. It may boast being the most modernized, but is also the most crooked city in all of Rhodernia.
Hibagia
"The City of Scholars"
Hibagia is a smaller city deep inside of the Potuani forest. The citizens include philosophers and scholars who try to keep the strange and curious creatures that roam from its depths at bay but some of the magic that fuels the forest seems to permate the city and its citizens in even stranger ways.
Itene
"The City of the Sea"
Itene is a rich, thriving sea port on the southern tip of Rhodernia. In this city, there are several groups of merchants who open up their shops to the natives of the city and travelers as well. the people here are often expert sailors and can hold their own in the land from years upon the sea
Marole
"The City of Art"
Marole is a town that bustles with merchants and artisans who try to gain fame among their fellow craftsmen and in all of Rhodernia as well. Their creations are very unique and one-of-a-kind and the citizens seem to mirror that.
Orsal
"The City of Warfare"
Orsal is among the most dangerous of all of the cities. The citizens are always hostile and have rivalries with outside cities. They are also masters of mounted warfare and laying seige to another city with cunning tactics and well trained warriors.
Sibisis
"The Legendary City"
Sibisis lies deep inside the Cyrus Mountains, and is not known to exist. It is shrouded with mystery, and some say it is nothing more than a myth. But according to others, it is very much real, and inhabited by the fair folk, elves.
Swanini
"The Tropical Island"
Swanini is a small, humid island off the coast of Itene. It is covered in green, temperate forests, and surrounded by a shallow, and clear blue sea. Many visit this island to relax, but this island has its own mysteries that lurk the coral reefs as well.
Ursum
"The City of Hope"
Ursum lies in the foothills of the Cyrus Mountains, and the poorest of all of the cities. It teems with poverty, thieves, criminals, and all other kinds of danger. The most people here are beggars that leech onto anyone who can spare a coin, or Farmers that dabble on the other side of the law.
Virivia
"The Glacial Island"
Virivia is a small, teardrop shaped glacier off the coast of Amias. This glacier is inhabbited only by a tribe of nomads and penguins or those even more fool then the ones who journeyed to Amias in the first place.
The Background Information: In the capital of Espova, the Royal Guard knights have been ransacking small villages for no known reasons. Queen Diona claims that she is trying to put an end to these rebellious knights within her court, but who's to say the wispers that she's not the one pulling strings are wrong?
The Knights of Rhodernia: Now there are ten, a mixture of young knights who have been removed from the Royal Guard, and elves who are fighting against the Guard that seek to destroy them out of fear. They come from all around the land, and make up the guild "The Knights of Rhodernia" though others may have nicknames for this band of rouges. Upon thier travels, they come across horrors, enemies, and even unexpected allies as they fight for what is right against these unwarrented crimes.
This guild in which you are a part of are infamous for the "crimes" they've committed aginst the crown. Really, the guild is only trying to fight for what they believe in; against the corrupted Royal Guard. Some of "The Knights of Rhodernia" were former knights who have learned about the horrors of the royal family by living with them and serving Queen Diona herself.
Each of the members of "The Knights of Rhodernia" specialize in the use of a specific weapon ranging from a single sword, to the divine arts and anything ranging from an axe, a whip, daggers and throwing knives.and each of the guild members seem to be the best user of the weapon they claim, from among themselves. they each have their own story and past but all will play a role in the war to come.
