Considering the demand of the rat would you say this is fair?

With the demand of the zebras on the rise (they're worth 3 nons but can trade for 2), they need to add at least 2 nons, they're side doesn't even add up to a low main list.

Their Cobweb Bun is on Tier 1 of the Advent List, worth 3-4 '09 rares, plus the stuff they added making their side worth 6-7 '09 rares. Your Elf Rat is on Tier 5 of the Advent List, worth 6-7 '09 rares. It would be fair if you remove the rest on your side.

Looks fair by rarity, the corgi has some demand, so I’m not sure how much that “inflated” it.
