The lion and the squid would be a fair swap (Both rare, 3 month rule), everything else is overpay.

EDIT: I miscounted, its 4 months. Even still, it only needs like a 2014 common added to the squids side, the 09 is too much, but the 2017 pets are not enough.

Actually, there is a four month gap. So technically, it’s slightly under pay if it would be a direct swap. The other pets make up the one month gap so then the three month rule will be in place.

I edited my original post, but no, the 2009 dog is worth more than the lion alone, so they are overpaying. They only need to add like a 2015 common.

if i'm correct, i see four mid-advents there (butterbun, border collie, blue flower, and kiss pps) and the dragon cat pps can fetch advent lists so you could count that as a fifth. and a malk dragon is worth about 8-9 mid-advents(demand not considered). since a mid-advent is worth 7-8 '09 rares, they would owe you another 24 '09 rares. (they might be there and i am just too lazy to count) this is not taking demand into consideration though so i would try and get a second opinion with demand in mind since i don't bother to keep up with demand spikes. hope this helps!

As for the first one, as long as the person isn't looking for overpay, your trade looks good!
The second one looks good, just be careful because plushies are very desirable
