Ashlyn couldn't help but grin like an idiot at Aiden's hair joke, she had always loved her friends snappy sense of humor. He seemed to be able to turn anything into a joke, and she appreciated -nigh almost needed - that never ending source of bright positivity. She shifted and gave herself a good stretch, a yawn finding its way out of her as she nodded to Aiden, "Oh yeah mate, its the hair. Did you even look in the mirror this morning? Ya look like a lopsided porcupine!" she joked, bumping her shoulder against his as she trotted down the steps of her cabin and followed him toward the dining pavilion. The Hades cabin was situated off in a far corner of camp, a fact that Ashlyn tried not to let annoy her, so the walk to the dining pavilion was long than she would have liked. The scuff of her ancient tattered converse made her oddly sleepy, and she found herself yawning again, eyelids drooping tiredly. The day had barely begun and she was already aching for a nap. though what else was to be expected? She hadn't slept much - she felt she was at least somewhat entitled to a nap. She was guessing Aiden would want to go do some kind of activity after breakfast, and her attention turned to conspiring all the different ways to convince her best friend a nap in the sun by the creek side was a much better idea.
She was in the middle of what had to be her millionth yawn when she and Aiden crossed the threshold of the diving pavilion. She dutifully followed Aiden, not particularly caring what tabled they ended up at as long as she got some sort of fruit out of it. Sometimes it was the Apollo table, sometimes the Hades table, and on occasion one of the other cabins tables - it really just depended on where Aiden steered her.
