{background} fran's maternal line all the way up to her great x9 grandmother were witches. her great x8 grandmother, franziska soder was burned as a witch in rheinfelden, switzerland in 1606. her grandmother immigrated to the united states from switzerland with her only daughter, fran's mother, after divorcing her husband of 9 years. fran's mother got pregnant with fran when she was 19, when staying in scotland while traveling the world. she only found out about her pregnancy after she got back to the states. fran grew up with her grandmother and mother who homeschooled her and helped her hone her witchcraft. after fran turned 19 and took a year long roadtrip around north america, her mother suggested she settle down and find a coven.
{tidbits} fran blocks out people's thoughts and emotions as much as she can, but unfortunately not all can be concealed. fran is unable to hear thoughts/feel emotions of animals, which is why she spends much of her time alone with her familiar. fran often gets nightmares and visions through the eyes of her great x8 grandmother, who is her namesake, of when she was burned; her mother and grandmother both think that she gets the nightmares and visions because of her telepathic and empathic powers.

Personality: A tom-boy, Max doesn't care what
people think. She's determined to do what she wants
and will only listen to those she trusts or those who
have something she wants. This rebellion and distrust
is born from a strict Father who can never be pleased
and a Mother who's never there for Max. The rumors of
Witches in the area has Max acting even more
rebellious and her Father being even stricter. This has
lead to an unstable family which Max largely tries to

Likes: Drawing, playing with her doggo, theater, sarcasm.
Dislikes: Being short, people not knowing what sarcasm is, fake people, barbie-doll "popular" girls.
