Blue sleepily opened his eyes as the sound of someone yelling got his attention.
He blinked a few times and looked up at Alex, who was holding him, and then at the teacher. They looked really mad for some reason. Why were they yelling?
"W-what?" He asked Alex as he rubbed on of his eyes.

He had been watching the shenanigans of two other monsters playing with animals. One was that guy who borrowed a pencil and the other was very.. blue. He also had a bandana, which was amazing. He sat in a frog-like position, arms between his two propped up legs. Or would you call it cat-like? He couldn't help but quietly laugh when they started snoozing.

Blue looked at Alex, his eye sockets narrowed in confusion. "Why? We're just sleepy." He said mid yawn.
Blue blinked and snuggled into Alex's hug. He was super warm right now, and sleeping conditions were perfect! But he didn't dare fall asleep again. The teacher would just yell and send them to the principle.

Ryse turned away from Sans and suddenly realized that 1-Half of everyone in the class was either gone or asleep, and 2-She really didn't want to be here right now. The latter was more important considering that there was certainly a way out, but it was likely really complicated and full of risks.
Ryse didn't want to get in trouble with her foster parents, and even more than that, she didn't want to go back to them.
After a while, Ryse felt her flames calm down and slow to a slight flicker every now and then. Today was just not her day, and at the same time it was. New friends and being away from her foster parents was a plus, but it gave her too much time to think.
