Can someone recommend good, easy to use, and free drawing programs?

Firealpaca is fairly easy to use

firealpaca or clip studio paint! with clip studio you can use it on phones/tablets and a computer. it's really great

I used paint.NET before switching to SAI. It has a lot of nice effects, including things like overlay and glow. I'd recommend keeping anti-aliasing off if you want crisp linework.

medibang paint is a good easy to use one that's very similar to firealpaca (made by the same people i believe, correct me if i'm wrong) but has some more features/better brushes! it's also on mobile and is my personal favorite mobile drawing app
krita is also really good, however it is a bit more advanced? it's kind of like a combination of photoshop and sai!
