When the stranger approached, he slouched slightly. He wasn't good at first encounters. Ever. "H-hi," He stammered, folding his arms again. "I'm, uh, I-I'm Emo Pants. B-but call me EP." That's how he always introduced himself.

She flinched at Papyrus’ glare. Man that dude was TALL. She turned her attention to EP.
“Hi, there! Um, are you new here, too?” She asked, then looked suspiciously at Papyrus’ sudden grin. She followed his gaze over to Sans.
“Oh. Do you know Sans?” She asked.

"Y-yeah, I'm new here, too," He said awkwardly, wringing his hands together. He looked back at Papyrus, then at Kora, then to the other skeleton monster that Papyrus was staring so intently at. He wasn't sure if he should follow Papyrus to wherever he was off to, still kind of concerned about the whole cup eating thing. He was brought back to reality when he heard Kora ask him a question.
"Oh, uh, yeah, y-you can sit."
