This is insanely unfair to you. Your pet is above gap mainlist worth 2 nons (though doesn’t have the best demand) but their side doesn’t have a single mainlist on it.

It depends a bit, but I've seen individual basilisk valued as high as mid septembers.

Early '09 rare/VR to a '08 rare/VR.
It shouldn't be too hard to trade up to a sunjewel bun since a lot of people rather trade down and the sunjewel bun isn't in too much demand anyway.

It's worth 5 mid advents or around 30-40 '09 rares.

It depends a bit, but I've seen individual basilisk valued as high as mid septembers.

Basilisk set goes for a tier 9 advent to a red dragon tier by rarity. So with demand, it could probably fetch a scarf pps.
You should ask for a 2nd opinion.

edit: Individually, mid septembers are a bit too extreme, i'd say a tier 7 at most.
I've did some research and a user said the basilisk set goes for a blue rose (7 mid advents) meaning the scarf pps would have to add 4 mid advents to be fair.
But i'm not too sure since demand probably dropped. Demand spiked for it when it was added to the list.

Halloween cat is worth 13-17 '09 rares.
Your side is worth a little more than 18 '09 rares. So it's alright.
