For the MYOs, is there a set of lines I could be added to, or do I have an artist create the MYO if I want it on official lines?

There is a custom page on the main thread where I have added you to create your own IB, of course if you want an artist or someone else to draw it for you, they must post proof an such.

Rare, it cannot be rolled to past down in breeding, it can only be autopassed.

for the rare MYO, can I make the cheek/head/neck fur a ton fluffier, basically altering the lines except the face?

It is an unlimited Rare MYO, you can mostly do as you wish to your MYO as long as it is still renderable as an Itty Bitty.
