Rowanflame chuckled, “You and me both.” But if it turned out that Crowstrike needed help and he wouldn’t be there, the ginger warrior would never forgive himself. “But maybe we could patrol the length of the border. That way at least we won’t be stuck sitting in one spot and we can still hear and smell it if Crowstrike comes back.” He proposed, looking over at Bayclaw for confirmation.

Crowstrike grinned, his eyes lighting up with amusement. “I like that proposition.” he meowed. “I came here to find out who you guys are because my clan is getting suspicious of our new neighbors. It was supposed to be a secret mission I guess, but I already botched it so it doesn’t matter.” Crowstrike said flicking his ears. As soon as he said it though, he thought about how mad Rowanflame and Bayclaw would be if they knew he told the first pretty cat he met exactly what he was doing. Sometimes he should just keep his mouth shut. His ears went hot with embarassment as he looked at the she-cat, “I don’t suppose that could stay our little secret too ?”

Echosong stirred, waking up from a peaceful, dreamless sleep. The sounds of camp reached her even in the back of the warrior's den and she knew it was about time to get up and get some work done. She stretched her muscles and shook out her fur before cleaning it thoroughly to get out any remaining pieces of moss that had gotten stuck in her pelt while she slept. When she was all done, Echosong padded out of the den and looked around. She spotted Hawkeye sitting not far away from the fresh-kill pile and decided to go talk to him. Walking over, she said with a smile, "Good morning."

Thistletuft perched on a branch lazily, his hind leg and tail dangling in the air as he gazed below. From his vantage point he could clearly see the camp entrance and the chocolate colored tom watched with a disinterested look as cats entered and left the camp.

Sandcloud turned her head when she heard her name, her blue gaze focusing on Bloompetal. She gave the approaching she-cat a friendly smile. “Hi Bloompetal.” she meowed in greeting.

Wolfheart crept through the undergrowth, his steps silent despite the many crunchy leaves and small sticks underfoot. He kept his gaze pinned solely on his prey, a plump squirrel he was stalking. The creature was sitting at the roots of a tree, contently chewing on a nut of some sort. When he was close enough, Wolfheart leapt forward, landing squarely on the fluffy creature. Pinning it with his claws he killed it with a swift bite to the neck.

She taked the herbs she could need, then padded out of the medicine cats den and past the worried tom. Swallowing nervously she walked toward the nursery, dropping her herbs in safe Place so nobady could step on them she looked the queen "Snowpetal?" she meowed.

She stalked for a birds there, still able to hear Foxpaw talking with Lionfang, which make her hard to keep her focus to the birds. When one of the birds unexctedly hop closer to her, she striked, jumped out of the bushes and pinned the bird down, By her claws, but she lost her balance and rolled to her back. The bird was still alive at the moment, but seemed to be injured so she quickly got back to her legs and killed it.

Embergaze didn't know a lot about love, every time she thought she did she got it wrong. But what she assumed was that most mates were just good friends. That seemed to be the nature of the clan at least to her.

Though he'd really changed as he got older and more confident.

Rowanflame stood up in one smooth movement and padded over to Bayclaw's side. "Let's go." he nodded, moving forward along the border. He parted his mouth slightly, tasting the air to make sure that none of the scent trails belonging to that other group of cats crossed over into Duskclan's territory. That would cause a whole new mess. But thankfully, it seemed that none of these strangers had stepped foot over the border.

Loyal to her prickly personality, Icestorm hissed, not too thrilled about being woken. But the other warrior was right, it was probably time to get at least something done, so the white-furred she-cat stood up from her nest and stretched her limbs, stiff from sleep. "Fine, fine, I'm awake." She wasn't the most pleasant cat, especially in the morning, but the clan was used to it by now and she wasn't about to change anytime soon.

Bearshadow nodded and headed out, "Let's go closer to the edge of the territory. You can see the mountains in the distance." he said. "I always wanted to go see those but that's a long journey and the clan needs us more." he said.

Berrystorm laughed at his sudden high-pitched tone of excitem
ent. Mountainstripe was always like this. She did enjoy spendin
g time with him. The tom just always somehow managed to ke
ep her smiling. Berrystorm trotted off after her fellow clanmat
e defiantly excited about the little competition. "Hey tough guy
, I'm going to win this little battle." She purred.

Egretheart
"No you're good. You're still young my fellow clanmate." Egrethe
art chuckled a bit. "But in a way I can kind of relate to him. Well
, let's just see what life throws at me."

"Strange I know." He purred back before wrapping his tail around
her. "I don't mind it at all because you're here right by my side!"

"Ah it's been pretty okay. I still wonder about my sister everyday
but other then that I've been feeling pretty good! How about you?

Hunter
Surprisingly her kicks did hurt him a little. Hunter yelped when
he got kicked a bit letting go of Vanilla and letting his guard do
wn. Now this wasn't on purpose at all. His stomach was just a
more sensitive area which usually allowed a cat to pin him dow
n and let his stance loose.

Paint + Light
Light well, when they were younger, the she cat did have a crush
on her friend. Light had always seen Paint as bold and fearless an
d even very determined. She had never seen Paint ever get scare
d or cry or anything. That was until one night where Paint almost
got killed by a fox. The cat was crying the whole night long in fe
ar of their life. Light did what she could to help them in which sh
e did a great job but nothing in feelings returned to her. Light eve
ntually gave up knowing Paint would never like her back. In fact s
he still does like the cat but is getting close to getting over it. Wel
l, the she cat knows that whoever manages to win over her friend's
heart must be something. The two cats padded to the border of bo
th clans and laid down to start eating. As usual, Paint allowed Ligh
t to eat first. "Aren't you hungry? You haven't eaten in two days?" L
ight asked in concern. "I'm fine. I'd rather have you eat." Paint meo
wed back. Light was hesitant but ate her mouse anyways.
