A den beta or two. Even if they're a bit harder to hatch than the other pets, the eggs are still available for purchase and that will bring down their value.

Does anyone know what the leap year happy cat has is going for currently?

They only go for a couple den betas. Ever since that whole thing where people were breaking into the Leap Year Party and buying tons of them, their value has dropped quite a lot.

They're worth two black longs currently, it seems. At the very least a black long and two good longs, but I really only see people asking for two black longs nowadays.

Because, like the other headdresses, they're never going to be released again, either through the store or in adventures. Even if they are a RIM, they are still very popular items and haven't been around since 2012.
