At first, Daniel assumed Samantha was joking. 'A hybrid... No way, right?' That was just something he'd heard rumors about. But with how serious the two other teens seemed, it was likely they weren't joking. "She's a hybrid? As in... she has powers?" Daniel bit his lip as he thought. "I think taking her home would work." The thought admittedly made Daniel kind of nervous. He had always heard bad things about hybrids. Looking at the little girl, though, he felt like those things couldn't possibly be true.

Samantha recoiled when the stranger touched her. She wasn't a puppy that needed to be comforted! She forced herself to relax and nodded at his words. Taking her back would work. She picked the girl up, watching the stranger in her peripheral vision. He didn't seem to be a threat, but she didn't trust him. Something about him was off. She looked at Daniel, noticing him bite his lip. "I'm pretty sure the kid is harmless. But if it makes you uncomfortable you don't have to help; same with you." She glanced at the stranger, her indifferent tone conflicting with the suspicion in her eyes.

As she slept, she had a very horrifying, yet beautiful dream. She had the sensation of drowning; she could not breathe, nor speak; yet she was in a field of beautiful, lush green grass, brilliant, soft pink flowers, and butterflies fluttering around.
The sun was rising above the treetops in the distance. However, she felt as if she was being tugged under a deep ocean. If she looked around, there was a hand grabbing her arm, but behind her there was no person. Yet she slept through, and eventually the dream faded and she drifted off into a deep sleep.

((this was mostly a filler for an apology,, my last post was so short because it was rushed. I was supposed to be asleep and the typing was extremely noisy. Sorry again !!))

He looked at the girl and a small smirk was visible for a shirt moment" tsk. If I didn't wanted to help I wouldn't offer taking her home" he said his tone seemed indifferent. As nice as he was trying to be, he didn't trust them at all " let's take her to my apartment, unless anyone's against it" he said looking at the little girl. He didn't wanted to leave her here, especially when she was also a hybrid.

(Sorry for a bad and short post, I'm having mocks right come so I have to revise. I'll try to post more tomorrow and in the weekends.)

"Oh.." She snorted. "God no. Trust me, I've tried." She wrapped her hands around her waiste, unable to contain the fit of laughter that soon followed. "I think drawing is more my thing." She calmed down, slowly, looking at Carmen. Giving her a slight smile, unable to give her the full thing. She hasn't been able to smile, for real, in a long time. Some would say it's sad, she says it's normal. It's just a fact she's had to live with for a long time. "So.. What else do you like to do for fun?"

Now, she usually just practices alone with a mirror. "That changed a few months ago.. we got in a pretty big argument, but I still do a bit of writing here and there. How about you? "

Jo thought for a minute. "Well.. I enjoy drawing, as you know. I do a little bit of acting myself, and I read and write my own stories a lot too." She cracked a smile. She was such a nerd. "And I LOVE watching movies. Especially with popcorn, but most of the time I refuse if there isn't any." She chuckled. "I like my popcorn really buttery and really salty, and sometimes I'll put seasoning on it but most of the time it's just butter and salt." Looking to the sky, she thought. "Well I'm awful at small talk, so is there anything you want to talk about?"

"No, no, I wanna help, I'm just..." Daniel trailed off a bit. "shocked, is all." He didn't feel like it was wrong to be shocked. After all, he did just find out about a hybrid existing - when for his whole life he'd thought that wasn't possible. "I'll just have to suck it up if it means she'll be safe, though." As he watched Samantha and the stranger interact, Daniel noticed there was a bit of tension between them. But he didn't get to say anything about it before the stranger spoke. "No, I think your apartment is fine," Daniel answered. "But if we're gonna be going to your apartment, you should introduce yourself first." Daniel really didn't know much about Sebastian, and if they were gonna go to his apartment then he wanted to know more before they went.

He looked at the boy with mixed expression, he probably just found out that hybrids existed- which was quite comical for Sebastian. The funniest thing was that there was more than one hybrid in here. He nodded at the boy's comment. "Good choice "He said smiling at the boy. "Oh yes, introductions... where are my manners" He chuckled. "Name's Sebastian, Sebastian Tuan" He said while bowing dramatically with a small smirk visible on his face, "May I know your name? Since you are coming to my house..." He said with his smirk completely disappearing from his face. He looked at the girl, he was about to say that he will carry the girl, but he couldn't risk it if he were to get hurt even from a simple missed step. " Can we go now?" He asked with a blank expression and his hands crossed across his chest.
