Mine are typically 3-4 paragraphs, sometimes longer, but starting out I'm much shorter. I will also have to challenge myself writing more for this role play.
Its been such a long time since I've rped, I'm excited to get back into this.

and i thought me writing three paragraphs was good...

my first posts are actually usually my longest posts tbh
it's because i can write more pure exposition rather than just dialogue and reactions to stuff

Its not as impressive as you think. It depends on my mood, how interested I am, and what I've been given to work with.
The writing also isn't great, so while i can manage a few hundred words, its not the greatest of writing styles.
