[Boomer]

Alessa gave a nod as she left the room to give them some privacy. She went downstairs and into the living room. The pup laid on the couch and curled up with Scarlett. She sighed softly as she wasn't too thrilled about the blood draw, but she never was thrilled.

[Tigme]

Catherine began to get ready for the day, putting on some clothes, and heading downstairs. When they reached the living room, they saw Alessa curled up on the couch, "We've still got time before the blood draw," they said, "Why not we get some breakfast first?" They weren't completely awake either, and didn't think it was the best of ideas to stick a needle in Alessa's arm half-asleep.

[Boomer]

"Sure..." she said, yawning again. Alessa rolled over so she faced Catherine. "What are we having for breakfast?" she asked quietly, "And what are we doing for today?" She wanted to check up on the butterflies, but only after she ate.

[Tigme]

"Well, if you want we can go out and look for some more bugs," Catherine said, entering the kitchen, "You've got your first therapy session tonight, so we will need to work around that." They were too tired to make something special for breakfast today, so just grabbed out two bowls, and a few boxes of cereal to give Alessa a choice, "How does cereal sound for breakfast?"

[Boomer]

"Therapy?" she frowned. Alessa didn't really like the sound of that. "Are they going to give me a shot?" she asked quietly. The pup had never heard of therapy before. She slowly stood up as she went into the kitchen. Alessa chose the Fruity Pebbles and poured a tiny amount of cereal. She wanted to try it first to make sure she'd want more of it. She took a bite, then poured some more cereal into her bowl. "Oh... I should wait on eating." she murmured, "And wait for my iron pill."

[Tigme]

I think I'm going to head in now, g'night!))

"No, they won't give you a shot," Catherine answered, and picked the bottle off from the counter, "Right, here's the pill," They said, gently placing one of the iron tablets onto the table. After doing that, they poured Alessa a glass of milk and put it on the table, "There you go!" They said, and took a box of the grain cereal to pour themself a bowl." Putting the boxes away now that they both had gotten what they wanted, Catherine sat at the table and began to eat.

Alessa nodded a little as she flicked her tail. She then took her pill, but wanted to wait so her blood sugar would be correct. "S-so, why do I have to do therapy?" she asked softly. The pup was confused and a little scared of going. Alessa looked to the cereal bowl and pushed her spoon through the cereal.

[Tigme]

"It's to help you get over the stuff that happened to you," Catherine said, "It gives you someone who's more trained to talk to." They then quickly added, "And this person will be staying around for a while, even if you switch fosters." They wanted her to feel comfortable talking with the therapist, which was why they made sure to include that last part.

[Boomer]

"What happens if they don't want me to see them anymore?" she asked quietly. Abandonment was a huge issue for the girl. As it got closer to eight, Alessa looked over to Catherine. "C-can we do my blood draw now?" she questioned, "I'm really hungry."

[Tigme]

"They'll want to see you no matter what," Catherine said, and stood up, "Sure, I'll go get the stuff." The said, and headed out of the kitchen. Grabbing the needle and capsule, they went back into the kitchen, and bent down next to Alessa, "The therapist is just to give you some extra help while you're here."
