It's cute!
You might want to work on drawing snow - it's very patchy and seems rushed at some areas.
For the horse itself, I'd recommend working on scaling and shadow - it looks more like a deer with a short muzzle, larger chest and short-ish neck.
Look forward to seeing you improve!

Oh, okay - thank you so much for the help! I kind of rushed on the snow, and I wasn't quite sure how to draw a horse lol.
