the bunny is a tier 1 advent pet with average demand which means it's worth about 3-4 '09 rares. the first kinda comes close but it's just short because of the 2016 dog and the pps squid
the second trade depends. the store pet has average demand and can go for an '09 rare, but the '10 rare comes just short. if it was me and i had to chose one, i would pick the first, but if there are other options, then i wouldn't accept either
