Dawn stared at Ciano in shock for a moment, surprised that he would offer her what was left of the mouse. Hesitantly she started to reach for the mouse, before stopping, figuring she should at least introduce herself instead of being completely silent. Looking at the tom, her ears twitches slightly as she spoke.
"Thank you." She meowed softly. "My names Dawn." Looking down at the mouse between her paws, she crouched down and quickly gulped down what was left, feeling relieved as the hunger pains left her stomach.

Flower thinks for a minute before answering Ebony's question. "I enjoy it actually!" she said. "It may be different than other ways of life, but colony life has its pros and cons so it could always be worse. Plus we still get plenty to eat here in the Brick Colony. Its even more enjoyable since I am living in the same colony as this one tom I have a crush on. What do you think about the colony life of cats Ebony?"

Silver shook her head, sending the banana peel flying, and flicked her tail, embarrassed. She glared at Songaa, expecting the tom to roll his eyes, but stopped short at his dumb smile. Silver forced her flash of anger away, and smiled back. The molly moved a few articles of garbage around, finding the food Songaa was talking about. "You're wrong about me not being graceful, but you were right about the food. At least you're right about something. " The molly cast a sly grin at the smoky colony leader.

Sugar shrugged. "Nah, that's cool. Everyone has their skills. I'm awful at fighting, and you're probably pretty good." She smiled at Veena.

Lipur sighed in relief. "I'm Lipur." He had felt bad for not knowing the tom's name, but since Tux hadn't known his name either, he felt a little better. "I was just practicing running. What are you up to?" Lipur spoke slowly, as he attempted to fill the silence.

He slowly walked into the camp holding the nicely sized squirrel in his jaws. Walking to a some what shady spot he laid down, occasionally nibbling at it. He brushed it aside not feeling hungry, more or less, tired. He stretched, letting his tense muscles relax. Laying on his side he drifted off to sleep.

As Panther trotted away from the colony border, he gave a right turn and paused, opening his jaws. He was hoping for a few mice or maybe a rat, as the smell of trash was stronger here. However, through the trash was a different scent, faint but undoubtedly there. Cat. No, more than one-- two. Panther began to bound forward, green eyes narrowed as he neared the brick wall, turning again and opening his jaws to scent the air. Definitely two cats, and probably not from any colonies as their scent did not match many cats.
He twitched his tail as finally he walked forward and saw them. A female and a male. His ears twitched as they seemed to be facing another cat.

Nova's smile faded slightly at the sound of her cough. She didn't answer Sage's question and instead asked "Getting sick are we?" She said a twinge of sarcasm in her voice.

"Hey this place is nice!" He marveled. It wasn't the best for sure, but it was better off than anywhere he had lived. "Do you live with anyone, like family or something?"

Tux felt awkward and nervous, which was the second worst emotion. In his opinion, besides fear. "Oh well I uh... Was practicing hunting" he said. He knew Lipur was at least a moderate hunter unlike himself. He felt like a child talking to an adult. He kind of wished he had never talked to him, but at the same time he remembered his mom telling him he needs to get out more
