this adult male wasn't originally indigenous to Dragon Island,
but he was called there to serve the alpha dragon from his home
on Triple Stryke Island. On his home, he was a warrior, often
called upon to defend the nests from other wild dragons who
sought to feast upon the dragon eggs.

He is a merciless and formidable fighter, who will stop at
nothing until his opponent is dead on the ground. However, often,
it doesn't even come to a fight as his sheer intimidation is enough
to scare away any challengers. In a fight, it's hardly fair thanks to
the extreme strength of all of his tails and the thickness of his hide:
both enough to lift a Nightfury, and to take a direct plasma blast.

However, like many dragons, this male is often misunderstood. While
it is true that triple strykes are formidable opponents, they are also
honorable and incredibly grateful. Like his unstoppable ability in
battle, he is also willing to stop at nothing to repay his debts, and to
protect his Rider.

To train this dragon, one must first earn it's trust or it's respect. This can
be achieved by defeating it in battle, and then sparing it's life, or simply
by saving it's life or helping when he's injured. After this is achieved,
you can communicate with the triple styke by using clicking sounds that imitate
the sounds of his tails clicking together before he attacks.

Kamau Aeton is the Royal Guard of the Princess [namehere]. He's known her
since she was a child, however, they were never properly introduced until
he was assigned to her only a short while ago. Starting at a young age, he
was raised for his role in becoming her Guard against all threats - dragon
or home. He was classically trained in the Ancient Language as well as
archery and combat. He's always done his best to try and impress the
young princess, having harbored a crush on her since he was in his
adolescent years. Given the chance he will always try to charm or impress
the princess, though he is deadly serious when the situation demands it.

Kamau is relentlessly clever - usually able to diffuse any high tension
situation with a parry of words or blades in a short time. He isn't often
taken seriously due to his outgoing nature, but he is always willing to
lay down his life to protect his Princess.

He'd been named a criminal by the age of sixteen, and he used the skills he'd gained over such a hard lifetime to steal an odd looking stone from a merchant that claimed it came from the Great Sea. He never realized it was an egg, but after the dragon hatched, Declan quickly formed a bond with the young dragoness stronger than the burning pain on his hand from the new mark. Her mark. Aislin. Aislin and Declan have been bonded for three years now, both doing their part to guard the other from any forces wishing to separate them.

Absalom was born and raised in the small town of Misty Hills, hundreds of miles outside of the big city. He lived there alone with his single mother, and like all single mothers in small towns, she was accused of witchcraft by the citizens of the town. Luckily, Absalom was able to deter these threats by behaving as the perfect little boy (because, of course if his mother was a witch, then it would mean she'd have a dastardly little boy.) However, despite his perfect behavior, people always found him.. peculiar. He wouldn't behave the same as the others did - in fact, quite the opposite. He interacted with the shunned, protected the weak, and stood up for those who couldn't stand themselves. This odd behavior earned him the nickname 'Salem'.

Naturally appalled at the behavior of this odd little town, Absalom took it upon himself to try and act out the change he knew they were capable of. He never had the chance to attend a law school, though; instead, he studied under the previous sheriff, a Mastiff by the name of Briggs. Briggs treated Absalom like a son for the many years they worked together, eventually promoting him to Deputy to take over when he retired. Unfortunately, Briggs never got the chance to retire, catching himself the victim in an unfortunate hit and run case. The first case Absalom would ever investigate; the death of a dear friend and father figure.

Despite his lack of a formal education, Absalom quickly became one of the town's best recorded Sheriffs. He was always good at dissolving arguments amicably, and found the thief or pickpocket nearly every time. For the most part, crime was slow in Misty Hills - but when a string of murders interrupted the safety of Misty Hills and it's residents.. Sheriff Salem was ready to defend his home.
