Color a top-hat, get a character!

Hello! You just stumbled across this wild top-hat!
From the title, this is color a top-hat get a character!
Rules are no fun, but are needed to make sure this works properly.

RULES:
Please not a lot of blending!
No more than 6 colors, (Please use the color pallet to help me out on coloring the character!)
No adding on to the top hat line please.
Only delete layers that say DELETE any others that say DON'T DELETE, DON'T DELETE THEM.
Please be patient! It can take a day or so for me to make you one.
Please have fun, and I'm sorry if I sounded harsh!
