Cubone waddled through the forest, looking all around her, momentarily forgetting about her anxiety. She soon remembered though, and the forest seemed to hear her thoughts. Trees seemed to lean over her, promising fear, and the bushes seemed to rattle on purpose. She braved through the forest anyhow, trying to ignore these details that continued to make themselves known. For a second, Cubone could see patches of light shining through the dense shrubs and trees. She pretended not to see it. She fixed her thoughts, looking for extra shelter, food, maybe even something pretty! She decided that scary thoughts were tiring, and that eating wasn't, so without much thought she waddled around looking for some berries. Cubone loved all flavors, so whatever she finds is a win-win for her.

"Yeah, I'm okay" Solgaleo managed to get out, flinching when they let out another burst of flame. The Pokemon laying down on their stomach did get them to calm down a bit though. "I'm Solgaleo, what's your name?" they barked, trying to make conversation.

”Nice to finally meet you, Kasai. How was your rides here?” She asked, nervously scratching the back of her head as she watched Kasai’s starter wave at her. She waved back and glanced at all of the released pokemon again. Shadow bounded around some more, looking up at Braise. ”Umbreon!”[Hiya! I’m Shadow!] He bounded around Braise’s feet for a moment before looking up at the seemingly much larger pokemon. His red-brown eyes lamded on the Delcatty that seemed to be off to the side. Not wanting to bother them, Shadow stood at Braise’s feet, emitting a noise of both greeting and alarm.

After removing herself from Sakura, Zara handed her a berry, earning a purr of a sort from the Latias. Zara smiled, taking steps forward. Being on the boat make her legs feel like jelly so her first few steps were shaky. Acting fast, Sakura quickly zoomed forward, circling her trainer, the air pushing Zara back up straight. A giggle escaped her mouth as she started towards Acrea's wilderness. "Where do we go first, Sakura? Left or straight?" She questioned, quickly seeing a trainer not far ahead of her. Zara remained behind said trainer and turned to her companion, gently patting her forehead.

”I’m Arcanine, nice to meet you Solgaleo. Wow that’s a mouthful. Could I possibly call you Sol? Or something like that?” Arcanine asked politely, retaking his position on his stomach so he could make sure he wasn’t hurting the much smaller pokemon.

“yup, fly strieght up as long as you can.” Luxray said, grinning at Tiny. “And don’t worry if you get too tired, I’ll catch you if you start to fall.” She nudged him with her nose. “It’s a nice test, but first you should eat something.”
She took another Oran berry and bit into the blue substance. It was sweet, and refreshing. It’s one of the best types of berries out there, even though it doesn’t help much health wise, it’s still great. She spat out the stem of the Oran berry, and glanced at Tiny.

Solgaleo nodded. "As long as I can call you Arc." They were getting more comfortable with Arcanine, but they were still uneasy about him. They sat down and curled their tail around their paws.

Faye nodded her head. ”That makes sense. But my team consistes of rather large pokemon, so I should probabaly not open every one. I have Shadow here, a Samurott named Wave, a Zoroark named Illusion, a Hydreigon named Indigo, a Haxsorus who I think I have yet to name, and my trusty Blaze, the Reshiram,” she said quickly, loosing her breath with every word she spoke. She hoped she didn’t come off as bragging to the both of them, when they had nicer pokemon than she did in her own mind. Her team consisted mainly of dark or dragon types, which made no sense when she wanted to have modtly water types on her team when she was younger, but now she didn’t really care what type she had.

A laugh emerged Arcanine’s mouth. ”Arc? I’ve never heard that nickname before,” he laughed. It felt good to laugh, seeming as he’d been alone for the longest time on this island wherever he was. He’d heard the rustling around of other pokemon around him, but he never searched for the creators of that sound.

Solgaleo flushed a bit when he laughed. "Well I've never heard of Sol as a nickname for me either. Probably because no one has ever nicknamed me...," they said, becoming quiet at the last part so Arc wouldn't hear. They stared at Arc's mane for a second, 'I wonder if his fur is soft...'. Solgaleo hadn't really encountered soft things often, only blankets. Because of his actions at the base, Pokemon tended to avoid them, small and tall.

Sorry for not posting for a while, I've had Writers Block, there was Christmas, and also a little bit of depression killing a lot of my motivation as well. I'm just writing what I can so I actually have characters there open for interaction)

Maira - Female - Tags: Open, mentions Hayate
After landing, and watching a few people go into the forest, Maira sent out Daia and then picked him up. She had her whole team out now, but she wasn't sure who she'd go with, since she didn't really know anyone else that well. Sky was currently flying around, happy to be able to do so but also not going that far from it's Trainer/friend, and Psya was stood next to her trainer for just in-case she had to talk to someone. "I wonder if anyone else is OK with me going with them..." Maira says to herself, looking around at the trainers who were left. There was someone else stood alone, also looking like they had all their Pokemon out including one she didn't recognize at all, but the rest seemed to be Rock Type. If she didn't know that only the Champions and regular trainers had come, she'd have thought that he was a Rock Type Gym Leader. Sky sensed that Maira wanted to talk to someone, though, so it decided to fly over to Hayate and around him, making Maira look over for more than a glance, and she didn't complain at Sky because she didn't know what to say to this person.

"Ahh Come on guys, you should wait before you greet another trainer" - Hayate sighs watching the pokemon attempt to play with the trainer and her pokemon - "So.. I'm hayate, sorry about that greeting"
