Custom top hats are probably not worth much atm (at least from what I know) because I have a feeling a lot of people bought them figuring they'd be rare or something which concludes that there are a lot in the game, but I'm just guessing. I actually bought a few of them (but I'm totally not someone who thought they'd be rare) but I really don't see the demand on them much. From my pov, I think they'd be worth about a few den betas because you can imagine someone saying, "Trade me den betas!" and having a magenta top hat on their trade list.

Mystical faerie wings used to be worth a lot upon their release date, but now their rarity has gone.. uh: But because they're a promo item, you can expect to still get something out of it. They're probably worth about a few decent den betas right now, at least from what I know from my last visit to Aldan. They could actually be worth short wrists, but my knowledge on rarity has dropped since I took a break from Aj.

The thing I would do is put the custom top hat and/or the mystical faerie wings on your trade list and ask for offers. You may not get many offers or many good offers, but some of the trades can help you to estimate what they're worth. But don't have people convince you that your items are worth nothing, because trust me, they have to be worth something more than a necklace.
