If we are talking demand, I was offered a Moonswirl + Non + three advents for my Sunback. The Moonswirl is worth four nons.

I would say the 2nd one. The sitting cats are user-demand, which means the demand comes and goes from user to user. They're generally harder to trade off unless you find a fan.
