areli has been serious from childhood, it's just how he was raised. he has often been accused of being emotionless, however before it was due to the loss of his family, now due to his power. if he isn't in control, his ability will activate, destroying any man-made structures and the corresponding earth beneath it- sending everything and everyone into a pit to be crushed. areli himself is a easy-going person who is frank with what he wants from someone. he sees no reason to jump around a point. but he can't be serious forever, and his mask can often be broken when something unexpected happens. hes formal and ruthless to a fault.

⠀⠀≫ Future Vision, occasionally sees glimpses of possible futures. This doesn't mean what he sees is set in stone, and in fact they often don't come to be due to other factors. The more often he sees a possibility, however, the more likely it is to happen.

⠀⠀≫ A starved street rat by the age of seven, Kodii had run away from a home that cared more for his young twin sisters than him. His birth mother had died in childbirth with the twins, and though his father quickly remarried, having no idea how to care for two newborns and a five year old, this new wife gave him little attention. Or food for that matter. He has no answer for why his step-mother despised him and never stopped to ask- even at that young of an age he was smart enough to realize that staying there would be the death of him. Eventually his life took an unusual turn, a woman noticing him and slowly gaining his trust- hardearned as it was. Soon enough she took him home with her and adopted him, saving his life as he was unlikely to make it to his soon approaching eighth birthday born in winter as he was.
'Venero' was a name to be whispered in dark alleys, a dangerous assassin capable enough to have rumors and myths circulating of them. Was it a title? A single person or a group? No one seemed certain, except for Riuqa Venero herself. Unknown to the masses that whispered of her, she also happened to have a bit of a soft spot for children As Kodii grew, and was carefully trained by his adoptive mother and father, her partner Garxian, their very unusual family grew from three to four, and then five with the additions of Kodii's two younger adoptive siblings- Fhyrion and Harmony. Fhyrion a year younger and adopted a year later, Harmony four years younger and adopted three years after him.
It was an odd environment, jokes and games between the three an interesting counterpoint to the training- hand to hand, weapons of all times, how to hide in plain sight, how to charm those around them and in the next breath to intimidate. Often the three's games would turn into sparring, pranks into the same, and though Kodii would always be the smallest, the physically weakest, the one with the disadvantage of missing sight, all these were slowly overcome with enough careful training from his mother.
His presence during the battle that led to his death and subsequent resurrection was a fluke and nothing more. Kodii was not truly a soldier within the army, only disguised as one. A job that just so happened to require him to be present during that final fight where the king and queen were killed. His death, too, was a fluke, or perhaps fate? as it was a lucky shot and nothing more that took him down.
He never corrected their assumptions that he was a soldier when he was brought back. Better they don't realize their mistake, and as long as he can use them to hone his new powers, he has little reason to turn on them.

⠀⠀≫ Kodii is a dangerous one, though it isn't outwardly apparent. He tends to feel very little attachment to any one, having detached himself at a very young age for the sake of survival. There are a few specific people he could be considered 'attached to', but they basically consist only of his family, though there is nothing he wouldn't do for those specific people. He'll play nice, and most wouldn't even realize it, but Kodii is fully willing to turn on those he feels deserves it with no regret. Desensitized to violence to an almost disturbing degree. Doesn't 'enjoy' the act of killing, but it certainly doesn't faze him, nor will he hesitate to do so if given half a reason. He's not stupid, quite the opposite as he is actually incredibly intelligent, and has a high level of proficiency with his abilities- those supernatural in nature and not. Very intuitive, and difficult to surprise.
Despite everything he is, or rather can be, quite sociable, though often with a serious sarcastic streak and his voice tends towards deadpan most of the time- he isn't one to give his emotions away easily, if he does they are likely faked. He can actually seem incredibly likable should you not know of his past, and though his feels little guilt of the actions of his past he obviously has a very poor view of himself. He sees himself as a monster, not even feeling bad for the lives he's taken. As such he tends to view the lives even of those he has no strong feelings towards as far above his own- giving him a small martyr complex when push comes to shove. Better to save those whose lives have meaning than his own neck. It got him killed after all- silently he acknowledges that he should have cut and run when the fighting started, but didn't.

⠀⠀≫ Kodii stands at about 5'3, and appears incredibly scrawny over all. He could very easily be compared to a slightly underweight twelve year old, but looks can be deceiving, and as he landed on 'enhanced strength' for his first power, he is deceptively strong. His hair is blonde, and reaches almost to his mid-back, though it is almost always pulled back into a ponytail- or braided should he know he's going into a fight. Though his eyes are a pale green, the right is pure white{no iris, pupil, or anything}, and is completely blind. Through training he has mostly overcome this handicap, though when distracted his right side is a very obvious weak point.

✪A Brief History: Killian is the youngest of three, and the sole survivor of the Pratten line. His two older sisters, Nikki and Sandy, were already married with children who meant the world to Killian. He could handle losing his sisters, but he couldn't handle losing his niece and nephew.

✪Personality: Killian is happy-go-lucky. He tries to help whenever he can, and he looks to keep people happy and motivated to do something. He is very protective of his friends and family, and he has a hard time letting them leave his sight. Killian is very talkative, and he always has a joke or prank on his mind. He can get very serious though, and he does his best to help resolve any issue. He doesn't get too many people asking him for advice, but he does get a lot of questions about jokes or how to make someone happy.

Overall ❖ Lucien is a young and partially tanned man, at just twenty-five years old, who weighs around 76 kg, and stands at 6'1, who considers himself heterosexual. He has a slim body build and is normally wearing black or dark colored clothing. He has thick brown hair to go alongside his brown eyes, pale lips and his rather serious, yet tranquil expression he normally tends to hold. His first power is enhanced strength, whereas his second ability is to manipulate fire, also known as pyrokinesis and fights with his chosen weapon, which is a two forked trident.

Personality ❖ Lucien can be very confident in his actions, so when he wants something, he will do everything in his path to obtain it, which can lead to his impulsive nature, not thinking before doing. He can be very cunning with his words, entwining them with lies and trickery. He is naturally a serious person and doesnt always take child-like minds kindly, depending on the situation and the severity. Lucien can be an organized person most of the time, planning ahead, making sure he has different plans if something were to go wrong or out of place. However he isnt all what he appears on the outside, because underneath he is quite gentle and loyal to those who he thinks are worthy to be within his company and will go to extreme lengths to ensure that the ones he cares for are safe and happy.

Overall ❖ Aurora is a particularly pale and rosy cheeked girl, at the age of eighteen, who weighs around 52 kg, and stands at 5'8, who considers herself as bisexual. She has a slim, yet curvy body and is normally seen wearing a mix of light and dark colored clothing. She has thick blonde hair which makes her light brown eyebrows, blue eyes and rosy lips become more prominent. Her first power is enhanced speed, whereas her second ability is invisibility and fights with her chosen weapon which is a brown, orange and gold bow and arrow which has unique patterns around it.

Personality ❖ Aurora is a naturally quiet and kind person, she can be shy at first, when encountering new people and places, but manages to rack up her confidence enough when she feels more comfortable. She constantly finds herself saying sorry, even when its not necessary, which has become a huge habit of hers. She is more observant of her surroundings and of the people she meets, then others presume, which makes her more prepared in general. However aurora finds that she lacks self confidence which means that she will let a good opportunity pass if she doubts herself too much and has pure stubbornness which branches down to her fierce side, which sometimes surprises those who thinks she is incapable of standing up for herself.

Lanette has a quiet but melodic voice. She is an excellent singer, but only hums softly inside the safety of her own home. She always had stage fright about singing since she was a little girl.
She usually wears a comfortable and light dress. Never above the knees though. She has a conservative style that does not draw attention, since she believes wearing eye-catching clothing is more appropriate for teenagers and young adults than middle aged women like herself.

Lanette's often the first to back off from physical conflict. This doesn't mean she has a weak resolve. She would rather keep the peace than have unnecessary fighting, and in her opinion, almost all fighting is unnecessary. This is why she decided not to join the Luxen Army after years of training.
Lanette is a patient woman who waits until someone calms down before approaching them. She is also rather introverted, and her daughter inherited her shyness around new people. Lanette does not like to be in the spotlight. Although she prefers to be independent, and would much rather give than receive help, she appreciates what others do for her. She just feels bad if she can't return the favor somehow.
Lanette's empathy is kind of ridiculous. It's hard to hide your true emotions around her, especially when her "mom radar" is on. She will never give up on her loved ones. Although she can sometimes be a nagging mother to Aurora, wanting to know exactly where she is and when, it's because she cares deeply for her daughter's safety.
Despite her desire for independence, Lanette does thrive on relationships. Her greatest fear is being alone, with all her friends and family dead. Lanette is surprisingly fearless in the defense of her loved ones, since death is nothing compared to the pain of losing them. She will throw aside her gentle nature and boldly face a thousand enemies in order to save someone she cares about.

Despite training in her youth, Lanette found it incredibly difficult to build strength. Her upper-body strength is quite frankly terrible. Her leg muscles are equally underdeveloped, and she is a rather terrible sprinter.
Lanette was always teased about this during her time as a Luxen Army trainee. However, she never gave up. She eventually found her talent for ranged weaponry, being able to send a knife blade-first towards her enemy before they could strike. Her accuracy and grit saved her from being kicked right out of the corps.
Her empathy is by far her most significant strength, though. It's somewhat ridiculous and can unintentionally creep others out. No, Lanette isn't actually a mind reader. It's just a mom thing maybe.

Lanette grew up with loving parents. Her peaceful nature was certainly inherited from her father, a warm-hearted librarian who loved teaching children to read. Lanette learned how to read and write at a young age.
Due to pressure from their domineering mother, Lanette soon began training with the Luxen Army. She also continued to pursue a scholarly education in the meantime.
Lanette became close friends with a group of girls two years older: Acacia Jin, Janice Clifton, Camilla Fairchild, Blair Kale, and Katharine Duncan. The six of them were extremely close and became like a new sisterhood. Although Lanette was easily the worst trainee in the entire corps, she tried her hardest and never gave up, wanting to emulate Acacia Jin's unbreakable determination. During training, Lanette kept going even when wounded and completely exhausted. It was easier to tire her out compared to the other trainees, but that didn't discourage her. She eventually became a fearsome soldier just like her friends.
Lanette's father died of cardiac arrest when she was still a trainee. It was sudden, unexpected. One day he was shelving books as usual, the next day he was gone. The news hit her completely out of the blue and she didn't know how to react.
A few days later, Acacia's corps had reached the day of their graduation. Lanette was among the new soldiers named, a prodigy who graduated two years earlier due to her sheer level of improvement. However, she threw away her title, forsaking the blade and flags of war.
Lanette returned to her home and became the next librarian. The first thing she did was finish shelving those books her father left. She ignored her mother's increasingly angry demands regarding the army, although inside her heart was breaking. She didn't want to alienate herself from her mother, but she couldn't spend her life bringing death to others. It went against her nature and all her true desires.
Lanette tried to reconcile with her mother, who kept refusing to hear reason. It was heartbreaking, but Lanette had to move on. She kept in touch with her friends from the Luxen Army, and ended up falling in love with one of her friends' older brother. Jairus Clifton had much in common with Lanette. His father forced him to join the army at a young age, but unlike Lanette, he stayed because he found a passion for fighting. He respected Lanette's choice to leave though.
Eventually they were married and had one child, Aurora Lane. Jairus was quite insistent that the daughter receive her mother's surname. He did not want to carry on his own father's last name, since Jairus's father was quite a terrible person.
Jairus took a break from the Luxen Army to help look after the child. He loved his baby girl so much, not even his love for fighting could keep him away from home. Lanette fondly remembers these days. Working long nights in the library, returning home to her husband asleep with their small daughter snoozing in his arms.
One fateful day when Aurora was eighteen, Jairus had to leave for the battlefield again. This time, he didn't return. Later Lanette learned her mother and daughter had also been slain.
If this is a story, where is the happy ending?

≫ Matthew lived a pretty good life. Born to a couple with no financial problems and being the only kid meant he got spoiled a lot which could possibly be the reason he ended up being a narcissist but let's go on to the rest of his life! When he became 21 he went off to fight in the war with his father. His father died protecting his son from an enemy that was going to attack him from behind. After a emotional scene of going on a murderous rampage of pure rage after an enemy killed his father he couldn't help but spot his reflection in a huge broadsword coming towards him and paused for a second to admire himself. This caused the enemy to have enough time to strike at Matthew. Even though at first it was an evenly matched battle,Matthew couldn't help but catch his reflection once more giving the enemy the upper hand. Even though he had lost this battle,he had died happily knowing he had tried.

≫ Matthew isn't overall the sharpest tool in the shed but is definitely the brightest star in the sky. He's extremely optimistic and friendly even to strangers. One thing that can be bad about him is that he's extremely emotional and is narcissistic,always caring about his looks and emotions more than other's. Other than that he can care about the people around him but you just have to snap him out of his trance he put himself in.
≫ He's a 6"3 pale male with messy ginger hair that spikes up a bit. He has dark brown eyes and a thousand freckles on his face. His outfits vary.

Her younger brothers were already dreaming of opening a shop like their father while her older siblings were already dreaming of being rich,while Shannon was busy having fun,training and fighting with one of her best friends,Runt. When the war came she wanted to battle but her older siblings told her females weren't meant to battle,this angered Shannon and only made her even more encouraged to join the fight. She didn't listen to them and joined,deciding to fight along side of her friend Runt. Later in the battle she got separated from Runt trying to save her brothers from being killed. She fought off the two enemies that had been attacking her brothers,proving she could fight. After that her brothers ran off screaming leaving Shannon confused and worried before she realized why they did that. A group of enemies were coming at her,easily outnumbering her. She fought off a few before her enemies got the upper hand. She had died outnumbered and left behind by her brothers.
≫ Shannon is the type of girl who cares a lot about others,outgoing and filled with courage she believes that she can do and conquer anything! She's one that once she believes something you can't change her mind. She's extremely friendly and intelligent,though she is quite clumsy she doesn't let that get in her way of victory!!

which would bring her into much trouble with her father. amelia and her
mother eventually left their town when the girl was four. amelia had been
raised fully as a luxen since then. she has forgotten that she has mørklox
blood running through her veins and wouldn't ever bring it up without
question since chrysolitus has her undying loyalty. during the battle for
chrysolitus, terrance elwyn was one of the mørklox slain by the luxens, but
he didn't go down without killing his wife and daughter beforehand. jophiel
