General

Payment
•please have your payment ready beforehand and pay fully upfront once the rough draft is shown
•you can also pay 50-50 if you do desire, one at rough draft and the other before final result
•all USD payments will be done on discord dms, my username is _crabs_
Process
•you will be shown a sketch of your piece for your approval!
•you're free to ask for changes during the rough draft! I want my customers to be happy before I continue
•you’ll get your art within the day to two weeks. it can vary depending on my life and if any issues pop up you will be notified.
Satisfaction
•Again I want my customers to be happy. You are allowed after the work is done to request a minor edit such as a marking error. Any major changes such as background will cost you an extra $3/15C$ to fix as I’ll have to redraw some bits.
•If your reference wasn’t clear from the start, you might not be allowed to request an edit so please come ready with a clear ref.

Use the piece for personal matters, print the work and claim the character as your own but not the drawing itself, use the art to promote but please make sure to credit
Copyright infringement
•You are not allowed to reproduce the work in term of profit for yourself
•You are not allowed to remove the watermark and claim the art as your own
•You are not allowed to alter the work to your likings without my permission
Refund Policy
•You can get a full refund before the sketch is shown, a half refund anytime between the sketch and the work being fully done, and no refund will be given once the work is done.
•If even after the edits are made or redone and it isn’t to your liking, you still may not request a refund. You may not argue or push for a refund.
•If you are trying to scam me in any shape or form, you’ll never be able to commission, request, or anything art related with me ever again and you’ll be blocked and possibly reported depending on severity.
