The cat is worth 2 mid advents + 1 early '09 rare. The new UR fox will certainly be on the mainlist, so I wouldn't expect to get that as a bid,

The floppy september is worth 4 mid advents more than the Hyena. It would be unfair to you, but the Hyena does have good demand and often goes for overpay.

there's no set reason why they have bad demand; many users just aren't a fan of their design as opposed to the BEG or something else.
you could probably get something fair in comparison to its value on the list, but it may not be something with good demand.
personally i like the spotted tribal and the entire tribal litter, they are just hard to trade away bc other people don't like them. my advice is finding a person who likes them, aka maybe someone who hoards them, for the fairest trade to you.
edit: value wise it is worth two sorbets but generally doesn't go for that much, so again the point about finding someone who likes spotted tribals
