I got the lion last year, and I've seen a couple of high prices for it, but what is it worth exactly?

For the malk cat, this is literally the 3rd time i've gotten one of these on the 18th, was unlucky to get the one I didn't need What is its value? And what would I need to add to trade up to the vr pink verison? (this one is rare)

And lastly the tree, I got it when I first joined CS, and im not looking to trade, just mostly curious on what its worth
