2017 Advent Event - Casual Chat V.1 [read first post]

CS: The refuge for children who are awake after two hours of sleep and want to open their Christmas presents but their parents are like: “No, not until 8:00.” (Lol don’t know if this is actually true but it’s true for me) LIKE FREAKING 8 O CLOCK!!! AND MY FAMILY NORMALLY GETS UP AT SIX ON A SCHOOL DAY! WHY CANT YOU DO THIS ONE LITTLE THING FOR ME SO YOU CAN SEE JOY ON MY FACE WHEN I OPEN GIFTS?! CMON!!!!

(lol sorry I’m ranting)

you should probably be glad ur parents will even be up by 8, my fam is generally not all up till like 10 on non-school days. (We also open our gifts on the afternoon of Christmas Eve, so... waking up on time has never been a problem)

Anyways i can't find the candy cane dogs anywhere in the archives??? are they not there yet or have i missed something

They might be waiting to add them until all of the pups are grown. Since the archive is updated manually, I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case.

You all are so adorable.
We open our presents after dinner, cleaning, getting ready, sitting down, reading the story of Christmas, praying (even though I'm Agnostic) and then we can.
You know how long that takes?
We're already doing it after dinner, and we have fondue for dinner for Christmas, and we have dinner at 7pm. Dinner lasts from 7 to 9. We're a family of 7, 6 usually. That's a lot of dishes to clean. So that'll put us at 9:45. After getting ready, picking a spot to sit, reading and praying, we're at 10pm.
We don't open presents until 10 o'clock at night.

Hooray.

Might I add that its is only 2am now.
So I have a while to go.

I finished collecting the entire advent from this year earlier tonight (all pets and all items)! Hooray for me. :") I wish luck to anyone still collecting!

Haha... at least you guys get to spend time with your family and friends for Christmas/New Year. This year I won't get to because of circumstances I won't get into. Don't take what you have for granted everyone. I hope you all have a great Christmas for me, because mine surely won't be anything special.

Ok, went through the archive and i didn't do too bad today! =D
Missed 7-9 items and no pets. I do still miss three pets in total, though. Won't be able to hunt for them until much later today, though.

it's already 11pm on christmas day for me and i opened my presents agesss ago, while most of the people in this thread are still waiting till like 8am to open theirs
