"Oh! Ah.. okay!" The Noibat squeaked nervously, at the Luxray's short temper. He fluttered right next to her- well, more like below her. The Luxray was far taller than Noibat was. "So, where are we going fir-" He was cut off by a squeak of surprise when a trainer riding an Archeops flew directly over them, from the direction of the lake. The Archeops squawked out a quick apology before it disappeared above the dense trees.

Faye removed herself from the large bird, thanking the Ho-Oh silently. She shook out her sore limbs and surged forward, finally feeling free enough to be on land. She'd been on the boat for a solid day or two, making her miss the grass of her homeland, Unova. Her shoulder came into contact with another, causing Faye to jump and quickly jump sideways. "Oh, I'm so sorry!" She squeaked, her amber eyes moving upwards to meet the girls eyes. She had a kind face, laced with a slight frown. A slight vibration emit from her belt, allowing her to remove the ball encasing the pokemon. Faye pressed the middle button, allowing her starter to emerge. The large Samurott stood beside his trainer, holding his head skywards proudly. "Sorry, again." Faye apologized, quickly scurrying off into an area of her own, Wave waddling after her

The large fire-dog bounded around in the high grass, chasing it’s mid-length tail and eventually flailing around. Loud pants emit from the wild pokemon’s mouth as he responded with a sigh. He settled into a sitting position and caught his breath, fire slowly building up within him. Of course, he mostly felt this feeling but this time it was stronger than before. Abruptly, the wild Arcanine jumped up and released a bright burst of blaze, setting the tall grass before him on fire. His brown eyes widened as a bark escaped his powerful jaws, sounding something of the human word ‘oops.’

“‘where do we go?’ He asks.” Luxray laughed. “We’re wild Pokémon, we go where we feel like, the world is our territory!” She snarled at the Archeops above her, flashing her sharp fangs towards it. She then turned back to her new companion. “And nobody will stop us, we have our ambition.” She paused for a moment, thinking. “Oh, and I’m going to give you my own nickname for you- is that okay?” She asked politely. “Since you will evolve, and I hate changing between names, but don’t worry. You won’t have to introduce yourself as that nickname... it’s just your nickname for me... how about... Tiny?” She thought over it. “Yeah, Tiny seems to fit you.”

Noibat tilted his head in confusion. "But I wont be tiny when I evolve. I'll be taller than you!" He flapped up above her head for emphasis. "Maybe something less about size?" He asked her, landing back in front of Luxray. "I want a cool name!"

Solgaleo was resting peacefully, until they turned over and fell of the tree branch. They let out a yelp of surprise and pain, growling at their misfortune. They got up again, their side now aching, but fine. Solgaleo decided to go on another stroll through the forest, with nothing else to do (and they were definitely not going back to sleep). Still half-asleep, and focusing more on the sore spot of their side, their guard had been lifted. They wandered about, eventually finding them self in some tall grass, and a Pokemon in the distance

Hearing the other's voice seemingly change, he wondered if he had overwhelmed her with his presence. He knew it could be much to be around him for extended periods of time. If it were the case then he felt bad that he was overwhelming her to begin with. "It's no problem," he assured her as he tossed the ball from his hand. From it emerged his Charizard. The fire type let a snort escape his nostrils before looking toward Red with a rather questioning expression on his face as if he were wondering what his master might need. Ignoring the look from his Pokemon, Red's gaze stayed on Dawn as he gestured toward his Pokemon. "Describe it to him. He'll go get it." His voice had become rather monotone for the time being. Maybe it was because another trainer was present. He wasn't entirely sure, but the cold undertone his voice had made him feel sorry almost immediately yet he said nothing about it.

She wasn't sure if it was more annoying that she was stuck going to chase after some trainer or that Gold hadn't done it himself. She knew it was because he was too busy flirting with that girl. But it was not any better than one of the trainer's ran off on his own. She understood chasing after a Pokemon but he could have easily told someone to come with him. It would make things a hell of a lot easier on her. Looking toward Riley for a moment, she watched the Pikachu sniff around as he tried to track down the other trainer. It was difficult for him given that he didn't have much of an idea of what the other smelled like and there were plenty of unfamiliar smells around. How in Arceus' name was she going to find this guy? At this rate she was going to get herself lost and get stuck trying to find her way back to the beach. Mumbling a few choice words under her breath, the Hoenn champion tucked her hands into her pockets as she continued on through the forest. There wasn't even a sign of where the other had gone. That made things even worse. As the lake came into view, Caitlyn came to a stop along with Riley and quirked a brow. In the distance she could make out the shape of someone flying on a Pokemon. Where was he even going? It seemed ridiculous that a Pokemon could even move this fast especially given that the lake clearly was in the way. "You've gotta be kidding me," she sighed. Even Riley looked annoyed at this point. Grabbing one of her pokeballs, she released her Salamence from its ball and climbed onto its back with Pikachu in toe. "Please follow that trainer off in the distance Zyo."

Motion sickness. That was something he wasn't overly familiar with or at least not how it felt, but from looking at her he could tell it wasn't one of pain, but rather just not feeling well. He was kind of glad he didn't have such a problem. Then again he had an array of other problems that were a pain. "Well, I'm sure you can rest for a bit," he responded though he sounded a bit awkward. He really didn't struggle with talking with people, he had just chose not to talk much after everything that had happened. It made him a bit awkward in the end. "It sounds like people are taking off in pairs and nobody is really moving yet." The only exception had been the trainer that took off and the champion that had been sent after him, but beyond that none of the others seemed to be pairing up and going off just yet, though from the looks of it the Johto champ seemed itching to get moving. He wouldn't say it aloud, but Gold was a bit irritating. Loud and obnoxious. Two things Calem couldn't stand being around. "But, uh, you shouldn't be thanking me. Lopunny was the one that noticed."

Leo's archeops dove into the forest and landed. "Good boy." Leo patted the Pokemon before returning it. "Okay Audino, we need you back." He released Audino once more, and she instantly knew what to do. Listening closely, Audino pointed off into an even deeper part of the woods. Letting out a sigh, Leo returned Audino and released Samurott. He mounted the starter, and they began to run into the dense forest after Solgaleo.

Luxray nudged the Noibat with her paw. “I said, this is just my nickname for you, you don’t have to use it as your offical name. And Tiny fits you.” She smiled, at the Noibat. “Anyways, your wings must be tired, lemme help you with that.” She gently attempted to pick the Little Noibat up with her teeth, and rest him softly onto her back.

"Okay, okay." Noibat gave in. He huddled up on Luxray's back, below her soft mane. He was glad to finally be able to rest his wings. "Only if I can pick a nickname for you too." He added.

“alright you lil brat- what’s it going to be?” She said with a smile. She carefully waited Tiny’s response, as she thought about the Pokémon that flew above them earlier. What was that about? She hadn’t seen one of those before... and who was riding it? These questions she was determined to find the answer to. Well, after Tiny chose a nickname. Arceus, she hoped it wouldn’t be something stupid. Lux she could handle, names like sparky... she could not. Ugh, as long as it wasn’t stupid she’d be fine.
