A Day in the Life of a Rocket (Open & Accepting)

Sullivan did the same as Caelan, letting out his spearow and grabbing onto its feet as it began to fly. Kinda surpring how such small pokemon can be so strong. He nuddged the spearow in the right direction to follow where Caelan flew. From so high he could see other grunts and savilians out doin their job. It was nice to be so high up and watch everything from above. After the short flight they had reached the meeting point at Mount Moon. "Down Spearow." He told the pokemon and they began to land. Once landed he returned spearow to its ball and then glanced around looking to see if Caelan landed nearby yet.

Caelan had landed shortly before Sully got there, and he was getting a mission briefing from Petrel. A source from the Pewter Museum had told them there were some fossils in the area. The mission was to find the trusted source who had supposedly located the fossils, which were of use to Team Rocket apparently. Petrel told them to report any and all findings to him, and not to let anyone get the fossils first.

Marilyn - 19 - Researcher - Tags; Open

To some people, it may seem like she was drawing random pictures, letters, and numbers. But in reality, she was drawing possible formulas and designing the items required to make it, or the machine required to be used. At first, she struggled slightly with trying to improve the Rare Candies, but she made a break through and was listing her ideas so she could remember them later. Once she was done, she took put certain items in a chemical set. Some delicately, some harshly. She knew that it would probably take a few more days, making mistakes was easy to do in this kind of work, and the ideas she listed were almost endless. She might even get more ideas, so who knows. All she has to do now is make the candies and then test them. She decided to put the finished candies to the side and label them by the experiment number. She would need a Pokemon to experiment on, but she could easily make a Porygon and use that, if her Superior allowed it, of course. Her first project, she realized when quickly sketching another formula that made itself known in her mind. A small smile made a way on her face, easing the stress slightly.

Sarah watched Marilyn work and continued on her own work. She smiled at the girl and said, "You know, you remind me of myself at your age. Full of ideas, and ready to test them out. I'm sure you'll go far Marilyn, and I'm looking forward to working with you. I'll see if we can get a test subject for your Rare Candies. It'll be a lot of trial and error, but that's what most of science it."

He looked around spotting a few fellow Rockets probobly getting their next missions. Then spotted the familiar face of Caelan and headed tword him. "Hey I see ya landed safely. Any idea on what the next mission is?" He said while cracking his knuckles. He looked at the pokeball his Spearow was in "Oh and where is the Superior to turn these guys in? Or do we get to hold on to them for a bit longer."

Caelan told Sully about the mission and then told him, "We get to keep any Pokemon we steal unless boss wants us to turn them in. Good luck in the cave. Hopefully we actually find something." before heading into Mt. Moon. Hopefully they'd find a fossil quickly. This place was infested with Zubat, which he was not exactly a fan of.

Sully nodded understanding the mission. He headed tword the cave entrence then released his Ekans from its pokeball to stay safe from the zubats. "If we split up we will be able to find one sooner." He said while entering the cave. "Cya on the other side." He said before turning down one of the tunnels.

Caelan nodded and said, "Good luck." he went down one of the other tunnels and walked with his Ekans. He heard a grunt from one of the lower tunnels yell, "Guys! I think I found something!" he quickly rushed down through the tunnels, along with some other grunts. The grunt who supposedly found a fossil was excited, until Caelan said, "Seriously? This is what you found? How stupid are you, when you can't tell the difference between a fossil and a Moon Stone? So much for heading back early." before heading back into the main tunnels. He lit a cigarette and inhaled deeply and exhaling before saying to himself, "Arceus dammit, dealing with these stupid rookies is more annoying than these damn Zubat." He continued through the cave before seeing the scientist who Petrel told them about. He walked up to him and said, "Hey, you must be the source Petrel told me about. So, these are the fossils?" The scientist nodded and said, "Yes, but they're not much to get excited about." Caelan couldn't risk leaving the fossils, so he would just have to wait for another grunt, hopefully Sully, to come along so one of them could inform Petrel.

Her brain was aching slightly from all the work she was doing so quickly, she took the Superior's comment as a small break. "Thank you ma'am, I plan to go as far as I can go. I would greatly appreciate those test subjects soon, I've already got a few candies done, somehow. I'm excited to get started." She then paused for a moment. "What was your name again? I don't recall you telling me."
