She quickly says the code in her head one more time before getting flustered at the praise her Superior had given her. "T-thank you! I studied my best back in the orphanage, so I guess my work paid off?" She says, ending her statement as a question. She shakily grabs the Poke Ball, ecstatic that her first day was going well, AND she got a new pokemon. She listens to the rest of the her Superior's speech and nods her head. "W-well, Porygons and certain items aren't all that different!" She then starts rambling about her idea, hoping that somehow it could benefit Team Rocket. She knew that certain items were hard to obtain, and if she could somehow create certain items, maybe the Game corner could grow.

Caelan said, "Mt. Moon's northwestern Kanto, Petrel should be waiting there for us, and these tiny birds should be strong enough to get us there for now. I'll see you there." He sent out his Pidgey, and it grabbed him by his arm and started flying off. Despite how small it was, it looked like it was carrying him with relative easy.

Her superior smiled, "A good idea, I'm sure we could make some interesting items for the Game Corner. Do you have any ideas for something that people might be interested in? I'm very curious to see how far you can go in the science world."

Startled by the voice, she jumped and her eyes darted towards the person speaking. "Oh, no I'm ... fine." She stammered, still in shock. "I'm just not entirely sure what type of people use certain Pokemon." She turned and continued to scan the crowd. "I don't know, I haven't really battled many people to really distinguish between different type users."

Violet called back her meowstic and collected the winnings from the battle. "Better luck tomorrow!" She called out to the young girl. "Remember to keep making your pokemon stronger!" She continued in the opposite direction to stop at a pokemart to heal her pokemon and grab some extra potions.

Mary recounted some items she had studied and poured them out of her mouth "Well, people are always wanting to improve their Pokemon without doing a lot of work right? So what if we were able to engineer an item of some kind that is able to level up and improve Pokemon without their trainer having to do much work? If we make it our own, people from all over the world would gamble to get their hands on them. Of course, we would have to make sure that the item is unable to be replicated so no one steals our work, but that besides the point. We could also improve items that are already here! Like for instance, for Focus stash we could..." She went on and on about the possibilities, for once letting her cramped thoughts out of her jumbled mind. It was nice for once, because no one else in her life understood her ideas. "But of course, these ideas are in theory." she ends her rambling, finally.

Her superior thought for a moment and said, "I do recall the chemists in the base by Cerulean working on boosting the effect Vitamins from the Shopping Center's Drugstore. I think I've got a good idea. We've been getting into the Rare Candy trade, but we haven't been able to get the formula right. Giovanni wants us to improve the formula so it increases the level of a Pokemon higher. You're definitely a bright mind, and it's great that you're using your skills for Kanto's independence. I'm sure you'll go far. Let's get started, time waits for no man, or woman."

Marilyn thought she was dreaming and pinched herself. This was really happening! She nods her head vigorously, like a child ready to get dessert. "Of course! I'd be happy to help the independence of Kanto, and Team Rocket's improvement. All I need is a working place, some samples of Rare candies, lots of books, and a chemistry set... I-if you don't mind." She seemed really confident at first, but quickly became shy at the end, blushing at her actions.

Sarah is a woman who always has her eye on the future. She rarely focuses on the past unless it has to do with something significant, such as the Kanto-Johto War, or what little she knows about the Mewtwo Project. She enjoys working with new researchers, and almost never loses her temper with them.

History
Sarah was a brand new scientist around the time the Kanto-Johto War ended. She did contribute to Oak's last ditch effort to win the war, "The Mewtwo Project." During the initial testing phase, she was badly injured by one of the subjects, the one that was later dubbed "The Catastrophe." The experience left its scars on her mind and body, but she's grown past that, and is focused completely on restoring Old Kanto's honor.

"Ok that's fine, but you see the old couple there?" Nick said pointing to the old couple who were happily feeding some Pidgeys "Would definitely have bird pokemon on hand they must bird enthusiasts and it would be like taking candy from a baby, care to help me out? I'll leave after we're done." He offered pulling out his Pokeball "Whaddaya say?"

Louisa - Tagging: Caelan, Sullivan

Louisa had stood beside Petrel as he'd instructed the newest batch of grunts. She had remained silent but inside she'd jumped out of joy after discovering Caelan among them. She'd watched him pick an Ekans and followed him out after, where she'd seen him chat up another Grunt and the two of them beating a little girl and taking her Pokemon. She'd smiled about him making such decent progress. Not that she'd been worried in the slightest, Caelan was usually very good when it came to adapting to new circumstances.
Now, she was looking behind him and his new friend who she figured from the recruit list she'd been given must be Sullivan as they flew towards Mt. Moon. She was curious if they'd arrive soundly, but decided to check on some of the other recruits instead.
She turned and found two grunts talking to each other, one sitting on a bench, the other pointing at a couple of elderly bird feeders, pulling out a Pokeball and looking at the girl invitingly.
She let her Grovyle walk beside her as she wandered through the streets, checking on the progress of more recruits as they stole their first Pokemon, some with ease, some struggling. All in all, though, it was going peachy.
