A Day in the Life of a Rocket (Open & Accepting)

Sully stode in line listening to the admin his anticipation growing as he got closer to getting his pokemon. When it was his turn in line he stepped up to the box thinking of who to pick. Then the choice seemed to call to him and he quickly grabbed a pokeball containing Ekans. He attached the pokeball to his belt so he could easily carry it. Then continued with the line of grunts heading out on his first mission. Capture a decent bird pokemon? Easy enough. He thought to himself as he left the meeting thinking of where to start.

Caelan walked out from the initiation ceremony and looked at Sully and said, "Hey, you a new grunt too? Name's Caelan. You do realize when Petrel said 'capture' a bird Pokemon, he really meant steal from a trainer. Unfortunately, we only have the authority to steal from kids and old people, so if you see a brat or a geezer anywhere nearby, you'll want to go for them. You want to head out with me to see if we can find somebody to steal from?"

Marilyn - 19 - Researcher - Tags; Open (I got bored---)

Marilyn's heart was practically beating out of her chest. She had made it. She stood right outside the door to Team Rocket's lab, and was about to go in. These past years weren't for nothing, unlike her whole life. Team Rocket was giving her purpose, and that was enough to make her act like a child again. It felt great. She closed her eyes, then counted to 10. After taking a deep breath, she pushed open the doors to the lab. Cool air rushed to greet her as she looked around the lab. Her first lab, besides the one she had broken into. Mary was confused on what to do next, so she settled for standing beside the door, and observing her surroundings. She was still getting over the shock, and resorted to taking out Candy (Growlithe) to hold her and pet her comforting fur.

Sully turned hearing a voice surprised to see another grunt speaking to him. "Yeah, I'm Sully nice to meet ya Caelan." He said with a smirk. "Course I know, with my Ekans ill be sure to get something good from some sucker." He said with a small laugh. He took a second to think about his offer then nodded "Sure, where should we head to first?"

"Well, chances are there's some little kid playing out somewhere in Celadon. It shouldn't be too hard to find a little brat or some geezer." he continued walking out of the base with Sully. Strange thing, they were a criminal organization, and it was incredibly easy to get caught, but they almost never did. He chuckled at the thought and said, "It's weird, we're some of the most recognizable criminals in Kanto, and we almost never get caught. Not that I'm complaining." he saw a little girl running around the fountain in front of the Celadon Department Store. He looked at Sully and said, "You want first crack?"

Jenika (Jen/Jenny) - 19 - Grunt - Tags (open)

Jenika walked out of initiation and let her rattata out of its ball to walk alongside her. She unwrapped a sucker and threw the trash onto the ground outside. She felt uncomfortable in the new uniform even though it was a fairly similar build to her regular apparel only with a much more itchy fabric. Becoming part of team rocket gave her a rush, but it wasn't anything that she hadn't expected. Join a team of criminals, do the typical criminal stuff. She was used to being a juvenile, but at least in team rocket she would be paid to do so. Only she had never stolen pokemon before, and really wasn't sure where to start. She walked around trying to figure out how she was supposed to determine who had what type of pokemon. She decided to sit down on a bench and observe the people who walked past to see any distinct pointers as to which pokemon they used. She didn't want to get into a battle with someone that had nothing of interest.

Sully laughed "We walk around with the logo printed on our shirts you would think we should get caught the second we step outside." He glanced over to where Caelan spotted a youngster and shook his head "You spotted them first so you should get to try. Let's see a pro in action." He said jokingly.

Caelan walked up to the little girl and convinced her into a Pokemon battle. Her first Pokemon was a Pidgey. Caelan sent out his Ekans and said, "Ekans, Poison Sting!" His Ekans spat out small poison needles, quickly knocking out the Pidgey. After her Pidgey was defeated, she sent out a Spearow, which was also beaten by his Ekans. The girl seemed happy, but Caelan grabbed her by the arm and said, "Sorry kid, business is business. I'll be taking that Pidgey of yours. Sully, you want this Spearow?"

(Are we allowed to make trainers? If so do we just start out with a starter pokemon?)

(You can make a trainer if you'd like, and they can start with any Pokemon native to Kanto that's reasonable. The only people with Starter Pokemon will be Red and Blue. But if you mean a trainer to steal a Pokemon from, you don't need to make a form for that, if you want Jen to steal a trainer's Pokemon, I'll play the trainer)
