Patrick took her hand. Patrick, unlike other arrivals to Pandora had the knowledge about the Na'vi language fed into his mind while in cryosleep. This was part of the prize he won. This allowed him to understand Na'vi.
Patrick felt oddly safe around Freyja. She had a calming, kind hearted aura to her. Upon arriving at hometree, Patrick marveled at it's size. " Wow. It's even more amazing than I imagined." The young boy said.
The other members of the clan were quite interested in him. They never seen a Avatar this young before. The attention made Patrick feel a little uneasy. He moved closer to Freyja, like how a younger brother would seek comfort from a Older sibling. "Freyja, why are they all looking at me?" Patrick whispered.

(no, they've never seen a uniltìrantokx, Avatar as young as him.)
The young boy still felt nervous. It didn't help that he was brought to Mo'at. The spiritual leader of the blue flute clan saw Patrick looked nervous. She bent down to the boy's eye level and put a comforting hand on his head. "Do not worry child. You will not be harmed." She said with a gentle smile to the boy. Patrick relaxed at her reassurance. "What is your name child?" She asked. "Patrick." He said. "I am Mo'at." She said, smiling at the young boy. This made Patrick smile. Standing back up, Mo'at turned to Freyja. "Daughter, Teach him our ways." She said.
Freyja was the youngest daughter of Mo'at and her mate, Eytukan. Eytukan didn't look too happy. It wasn't because his youngest daughter had brought an outsider into the clan, it was because he thought the sky people to be despicable to allow a child to be left alone in the jungle.
Eytukan say Patrick, the child looked to be afraid of him. It was then that the clan leader realized Eytukan realized he must have upset the child with his facial expression. The clan leader's face softened as he bent down to the boy's eye level. "Do not worry child, you have done nothing wrong." He said.
