Your pet is a storepet, it’s worth a late ´10 rare, and that’s a mainlist pet you are asking for in the first trade, so it’s very very unfair to the other person.
Same in the second trade, you‘re asking for waaayy too much. I‘m not so good with C$, but I‘m pretty sure the store PPS is worth around 30-40 C$ including demand.

I got my pps dragon cat for a T.7 list, so i suppose I'm asking whos overpaying more?

we can't tell you until we know what the pup will grow into.
It has a chance to become a fireworks pps, which is worth 3-4 '09 rares. So the trade is either fair or unfair.
