He is from March 2009, and the pps outcome is on the Advent list - it's worth 3-4 09 rares. The other outcomes go by the 3 month rule ^^

What are these two's rarity?

1. May 2011, if re-release works like last year you should be getting the rare PPS. It goes by the three month rule.
2. Easter 2010, all outcomes very rare, also go by three month rule^^

The three month rule is a rule of thumb that is often used in trading to determine whether or not two pets can be fairly traded for each other.
Generally, pets that were released within three months of each other and have the same rarity are considered a fair trade for one another.
