I can’t seem to find this pet in the archives, but I know it’s pretty rare. Can anyone help me id and figure out the rarity of this guy? I just can’t remember/figure out what he is and what he’s worth! Thank you for any help you can give me, this guy is driving me crazy!

Since it's still growing it isn't in the archives yet, but when it's fully grown it'll be under "2017 special releases"
It's one of this year's new UR pets so the exact worth isn't known, but I would ask any questions on trades here first to have some opinions, and I would also check out the auctions board to see some examples of trades they get ^^

an 09 rare + an 09 uncommon, or 3 month rule .

It actually is only worth a mid 09 rare due to extended release.

Is it okay to trade like the following or is the worth differently made?

Like a common pet from year 20xx is worth two common from the year 20xx+1
